Summary:

We invite you to White Oak, a stylish, cheery, mid-century modern inspired home less than 10 minutes from Asheville. Our newly constructed, two-story house has a thoughtful floor plan for you and your guests, and is accented with art pieces from local artists. This is the perfect spot to recharge after a day of exploring the town and wondrous mountains. Come treat yourself to style and comfort!



The Space:

Enter through the front door into the open concept living space complete with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy up by the fireplace. (It’s gas! No wood needed.) Beat a friend at Jenga or savor a meal you've prepared (or brought home from a local restaurant). There's even a workspace if you happen to need it.



Upstairs, you'll find three well appointed bedrooms. The king-size bed in the main bedroom provides ample space to unwind. Relax with a hot shower in the en-suite bathroom.



The second and third bedrooms offer their own personal sanctuaries and are inspired by the bohemian vibes of Asheville. Take in the view of Mount Pisgah from the hall bathroom, and enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.

This was our second time staying at this great VRBO! Close to everything in Asheville, private area, house amenities are great, ample parking,plus all amenities….coffee, creamer, sugar, towels etc… just si5 back and enjoy! Thanks Jon, hope we can come back again next year!

Everything was perfect. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was exceptionally clean. We had 6 adults and all the amenities we needed. The host responded to all my questions. I would if staying in Asheville.

Perfect Stay

We loved our stay here. It was clean, spacious, and decorated very well. The kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms were very clean. Check-in and out was super easy too. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient house AND a newer build too! Superb cleanliness. LOVED the powerful showerhead in the master BR. :) Also appreciated the full size shampoo, conditioner, etc. Beds were super compfy!!

Trip to the Biltmore with the girls, great quiet location, decore was great, separate bedrooms for each of us, every convienience we needed, loved the location and the people of Asheville. Great host, kept in touch!

Asheville getaway

We enjoyed our stay, home is clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Jon was an awesome host, very responsive and friendly. Home is close to all that Asheville offers. Would stay here again!

Very clean and close to everything

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is clean, well-maintained, and close to the city. We would recommend it to anyone. I wish they had couple of extra blankets available.

Perfect location, perfect house!

Wish we could have had more time to enjoy this wonderful house! A quick weekend for a lacrosse tournament didn’t leave much relaxing time, however we had everything we needed and more. Perfect location for getting to the fields on time. Lots of space to recharge after long days in the sun. Would definitely stay here again.

NC Family Visit - Asheville

Pictures on line were accurate and place was nicely styled and furnished. The locale brochures for restaurants and activities were helpful. Kitchen was well stocked only missed pizza cutter. Two improvement suggestions, less pillows, not functional and most would end up on floor unless I stashed in closets for the stay. In addition to comment about not putting trash bags on front porch, please advise where to put full trash bags, we looked and could not find a space so we set it in the half bath off kitchen. This may be typical of VRBO but not having a closet in master was surprising but adjusted easily. Very much enjoyed the stay overall.

Great House!

This house is fabulous! It is well stocked and tastefully decorated with very thoughtful touches included such as Meyer’s hand soap in the bathrooms to every type of pillow you could want on all 3 beds. Kitchen is also well stocked with plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware. 3 bedrooms upstairs are adequate although the master bedroom does not have a closet. The other 2 bedrooms have very large closets. Beds are very comfortable. The house is bright and cheery located on a dead end street. Plenty of room to park. Easy access to all activities in the surrounding areas. There is a lot of road noise that filters into the master bedroom. It does quiet down after 10 PM but picks back up around 5:30 AM. The road noise is not so prevalent in the other two rooms. I had to contact our host one time to which he answered immediately and rectified our issue. Check in and out are very easy. I would stay here again.

Beautifully Curated Home in a Perfect Location!

We were thrilled with our recent stay at this amazing new rental in Candler, NC—so close to Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, Pisgah National Forest, and so much more! The main floor offers a large family room, well-stocked kitchen, small office area, laundry area, and half bath. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with king or queen beds and two full baths. Every square inch is decorated with lovely patterns, colors and textures—along with artwork reflecting Asheville and North Carolina’s many incredible charms! Our only glitch was the fireplace didn’t work, which was evidently due to previous renters draining the outside gas tank. An easy fix. Otherwise, it was was the perfect stay for our family of four adults! Highly recommend and will gladly return to this gem on future visits to a beloved area of NC.

This house was wonderful. We were in town for a soccer tournament at Buncombe County Sports Park which was less than 5 minutes down the road, so very convenient. This was the perfect place to rest and recover between games. The house was clean and well appointed with space for 3 cars to park if needed. It met our needs and then some. We will be booking here again.
