The 201 | Your Luxury Getaway

Welcome to our comfortable and quiet two bedroom walk-up condominium (one flight of stairs) in the heart of Saanichton village. You are steps away from groceries, restaurants, liquor and beer store, pharmacy, coffee shop and pub. A short drive gets you to downtown Victoria, Buchart Gardens, the Butterfly Gardens, Victoria International Airport, BC ferry terminal and the town of Sidney by the Sea. You’re also close to many parks with fabulous hiking, seashore rambles, and great picnicking opportunities. The peninsula is also home to a number of wineries, cideries and craft breweries.

Your home away from home is spacious and comfortably furnished. The chef’s kitchen has everything you need to make a quick bite or a gourmet meal, with a dining room table that seats six. Air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer, and the fireplace brings warmth and ambiance in the winter months. A barbecue on the shady deck gives you outdoor cooking options, and the propane fireplace means you can linger over the evening as the sun disappears. The pastoral view makes for a tranquil start to your day as you sip your coffee while watching the sunrise.

High-speed wireless internet means you can always be connected, whether for work or pleasure. If it does need to be work, there’s a desk in the second bedroom to give you privacy and space.

All linens and towels are provided, as well as some toys and games.

Whether for a weekend, a week or a month, this is a great place from which to enjoy and explore all that Victoria and the Saanich peninsula have to offer.

**NOTE** BC Ferries has not always been running their full schedule of ferries because of staffing issues. We'd recommend you make a reservation at least a few weeks in advance if the ferry is part of your travel plans.

Great location and beautiful space
We loved this property. Very comfortable and outfitted with every amenity. The location is perfect for avoiding the city with easy access to ferry, beaches and local sites. All you need within walking distance - coffee shop, supermarket, liquor store, restaurants and drugstore. We especially enjoyed cosy gas fireplace and electric firesides during this winter visit. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

The perfect "home away from home"
What a great place to stay! Our hosts thought of everything - folding lawn chairs, coolers for picnics, scent-free soaps, body wash and cleaning products. The kitchen and laundry had everything you'd need. Parking spot was easy to use. The location was just right - a grocery store and a lovely pub within a block. Communication with the hosts was timely and straightforward. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Condo in Saanichton
We stayed at this property for 1 week in April. The condo is beautiful, clean, fully equipped, and very spacious. Decor is modern and very tasteful, high end appliances and finishing. Communication with Sharon & Bram was a breeze and we received replies almost immediately. They have thought of every detail. Would definitely recommend this unit. Would love to stay again.
