Great spot for nature lovers

Brand new construction, at least it looked like that to me. The pond that the property overlooked made the location worth the stay. Close to the center of town where the restaurants and stores are. If you like to be close to town but feel like you are in a secluded hideaway, book this property

This place has everything needed for a stay of any length!!! We can' t say enough good things about it!!

Upon arrival we had a gift pack waiting on us. From there it just got better. We used the grill everyday! The hosts were wonderful. The deck, the view, the fishing, the location......WE WILL BE BACK!!!! Kudos to the owners for a job well done!!

Lovely large studio above a garage with a porch on a small lake

Jason & Gina were wonderful hosts, they pay great attention to details and questions. They were unobtrusive. Their property and the studio is lovely. If you like the sounds of nature on a lake with a nice place to sit on the porch it is delightful. It is a quiet neighborhood. if we’re staying in the area again, I would definitely want to stay there again

Beautiful

Very clean, everything inside looked brand new, loved sitting on the deck and hearing the bullfrogs at night and loved being near water! Just the right size for our week stay. Jason, Gena always made sure that we had everything we needed and great they gave you their Southern hospitality. Great place to relax and enjoy Simpsonville. Great neighborhood to take a walk. Friendly town with friendly people! Will definitely come back if the need arises. Pictures are exactly what you get!!
