A Spacious 2665 square foot home nestled in a wooded and quiet neighborhood. This home has everything you'll need for a relaxing getaway, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, gas fireplace, gas grill. Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from decks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.  
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****

PLEASE NOTE:
 During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.
 This home does NOT have AC.
 Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the
home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
 No smoking
 No parties or events
 Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire
pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting
at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
 This home has a max overnight occupancy of 10 guests!

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of
age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of
25

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

***All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to
the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should
be signed within 48 hours***


Parking: 4 cars on driveway and 2 cars in the garage.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was a stunning home, located in the best spot. Walking distance to the lake and we even had a bit of a lake view! The check in/check out process was seamless, and the house came with everything we needed. The house was clean, spacious and had such a great layout for a weekend with friends. We will definitely be back!

Floor plan of home was great for family of 7 to spread out and still feel included in games and conversations. Furnishing and interior of home have been well maintained. Kitchen well appointed. Communications with host were easy and clear.
