We are a blended family with four kids between 8 and 12 and just had the best vacation of our lives...a lot of that was due to this specific house, its location and very much because of the property manager and her attentiveness and quick responses.The photos don't do it justice, the house is wonderful, the views from the spacious backyard are mesmerizing, and it is well-appointed with anything and everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. They even had beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards and cooler bags to pack lunch for the beaches. We had a local private chef to prepare a special birthday dinner one night and even she was impressed!The walk to the beach in less than a block and the same for the walk to "downtown" Hanalei. Views of the mountains and waterfalls form the backyard and deck were our favorite, especially after a long day at the beach or hiking.The house manager, Hilary, responded to every inquiry, typically within minutes. Nicely renovated. Only issue is no curtains. I contacted the property manager as there are literally no window treatments. We changed in the dark. The comment was “you should have known by the pictures”. I guess that’s fair but have never stayed in a house like that before”. Otherwise great.

Proximity to beach, natural light, and tranquility above expected. They charged for heating the pool, which was unexpected--its possible that I missed it in the contract. Overall Great experience. Will return someday soon!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo is clean and well-equipped. Primary bed is comfortable. We loved that you can see both the ocean and the mountains from the unit. The grounds are very nice. One caution for those not familiar with the area - the location is outstandiing, but the listing seems to imply that the unit is on Tunnels Beach - it is not. Tunnels is about a mile away, which you can reach by walking on the road or on the beach.
