Vacation rentals near Gay Head Lighthouse

14 Little Cove Road in Little Compton, RI is located on a bucolic property with rock walls, beach grasses, blackberry and honeysuckle bushes and the calming sound of waves rolling into the Cove. We loved watching our dog enjoy the expansive lawn and lounge in the soft grass after a day of exploring and playing. A perfectly beautiful escape, unlike most you will find. The local farmers’ markets made cooking a delight. Waking up to the sound of birds and waves made this stay a 10/10!

We spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee and taking in the quiet water views and evenings watching the sunset. It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property.

The cottage was perfect for a week stay for a friend and myself. There were thoughtful design touches that made this place feel homey and personalized (loved all the glassware!). There were a bit more bug friends than I would've hoped which wasn't unexpected given that it was a more rustic cottage and it was earlier in the season, but owner may want to give the property another spray around door and window frames. Otherwise, perfect location, amazing yard, and comfy bed!

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. My two kids (ages 3 and 1.5) loved looking for frogs in the pond and my dog loved running around the large yard. During the day, we went to the beach right down the road and at night, we went out to dinner in a nearby town or ate at home and made s’mores by the fire. I highly recommend if you want to have a perfect vacation.

My family stayed here for 4 nights and it was just perfect. The location is perfectly central to everything on the island and the cabin is cute as a button. Greg and his family made every piece of the trip from planning to check in to check out as easy as can be and had great communication the whole time. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Everything about this house was perfect for our visit with family on MV. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a lovely fall week on MV. The location is private and peaceful, with beautiful views. Communication with Christian was easy and accommodating. A little gem!

My dad and I booked this cottage for a weekend trip. Easy to find, host was friendly and very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again!
