The condo has recently been redecorated and is light, bright and appointed with pleasant furnishings.
A 42" flat screen HDTV complete with DVD/VCR player, surrounded with comfortable seating will make this room the center of activity. The sofa is also a queen size sleeper.
The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with refrigerator, range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and plenty of dishes and cookware. All the conveniences of home.
This condo comes with a complete in-suite laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Also available is an electric iron and an ironing board.
The Master Bedroom contains a king-size bed, a comfortable chair and ottoman for relaxing, reading or watching TV or viewing a movie. A large walk-in closet is convenient for all your clothes and storage. The Master Bath has a large walk-in, zero entry shower and a double sink vanity.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size and a twin bed that can comfortably sleep three. A large closet provides plenty of space for storage. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bath.
High speed internet connectivity is available through local phone service, or through a wireless antenna system.
A spacious dining area with seating for six and a breakfast bar with three bar stools will ensure adequate room for sharing family meals together.
Our full-time onsite property management team is available to handle your check-in and help ensure that your visit runs smoothly. The building also has a full-time maintenance staff. Avoid the inconvenience of off-site check-in and check-out, which is typical with most rental condos. Drive right to the door and someone is available to assist you.

This condo was exactly what the pictures described. It was beautiful and very well layed out. My family and I felt at home as soon as we opened the door! The love that the owners put in to this home can be felt and shown in every corner. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and caring. There was always someone asking if we needed anything and was great with accomodations. I also extend a thank you to the owners personally for what you did for my family and I. We will return here on our next Florida Vacation. Good Job guys!!

We had the pleasure of visiting in July 2009.The condo is beautiful and huge with lots of closet space. It's completely updated. The linens are gorgeous. The beds are comfortable even the hide-a-bed and the kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked. The view is lovely and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning and drinks out there in the afternoon. The location is convenient to everything. We walked to dinner and putt-putt a couple of times. Bud was quick to answer any questions that I had and the onsite management was very friendly as well. I will definitely plan on another visit and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

what a great condo!!!!!! it was even better than you described. And just like you said, we got to see dolphins from the balcony.AS WELL AS A BEAUTIFUL RAINBOW ONE AFTERNOON The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. it was furnished w/ everything we needed. I think we spent as much time on the balcony as the pool and beach....which were also great! many great places to eat were within walking distance. We have already rebooked for same week next year. We are 7 women in our 40's-50's and we all had a great time. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

There is only one word I can use to describe your condo; FANTASTIC!! I enjoyed getting up early in the mornings to view the ocean and look at the dolphins! The dining room is wonderful, the kitchen is huge and the living room is very comfortable.

I love walking the beach. I usually do it for about two hours a day. Besides many hours watching for Dolphins, and enjoying the sunsets...we have stayed busy and look forward to next year!

Thanks you so much for a wonderful week of vacation in your gorgeous condo. We have been coming down here for the last 5-6 years to this Gulf side area of Florida. This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor and it was so refreshing to have adequate glassed, dishes, silverware, etc. for our use.
