This 2000 sf end unit is on the 5th floor of the luxurious St. Lucia building, the newest addition to the Silver Shells Resort which is located gulf-front in the heart of the mid-Destin area. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious full service kitchen and a living area with some of the best views anywhere. Step out onto the 400 sf of terrace space from any bedroom or the living area and enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the resort itself. The condominium's bedrooms have two king beds and a queen. The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own bath and shower.
