This 2000 sf 3BR/3BA east-end unit is on the 5th floor of the luxurious St. Lucia building, the newest addition to the Silver Shells Resort located gulf-front in the heart of the mid-Destin area. It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a spacious full service kitchen and a living area with some of the best views anywhere. Step out on the 400 sf of terrace space from any bedroom or the living area and enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the resort itself. My girlfriends and I stayed at this wonderful condo for a weekend of Christmas shopping and dining. Everything was immaculate and the views were stunning. The condo is centrally located so we could either walk or drive a short distance to our activites. We would definetly stay there again. Thanks

We have vacationed at this wonderful condo 3 years in a row and are looking forward to our 4th stay. The condo is very well equiped and just beautiful. The resort is also fantastic and there is so much to do around Destin than just being on the beach. The condo is well maintained and clean. The owners are very honest, helpful and nice to deal with. We liked eating at Mc Guires best but there are many other great places to try. We also enjoyed going for bike rides, running, playing tennis, swimming and hiking while there. We would for sure recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
