You will appreciate our new completely renovated condo. Custom designer decorated. This condo has received the highest rating through ResortQuest (formerly named Abbott Resorts) Management company for the past five years! The condo has nine foot ceilings throughout making it feel very roomy. There is a bunk area that can sleep two or more. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and flows into the master bathroom. The master contains a king-size bed, large TV Cable, DVD, VCR and plenty of storage. There is ceramic tile throughout that mimics the beautiful ocean color. An over sized fabulously decorated hall bathroom is also present. The unit contains a large washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The sofa in the living area becomes a queen-size sleeper which allows you to be lulled to sleep at night by the ocean waves.

The grassy lawn in front of our condo unit is a perfect area for children to play. The unit is located on the second floor, which gives you a beautiful view of Seagrove Beach.

Refundable $175 Security Deposit is required to hold reservation, plus one-time cleaning fee $85 and lodging taxe of 10.65% are additional.

  • We stayed at this condo from 5/11-5/18 and it was definitiley as advertised. I was a little hesitant to take off an entire week from my business activities that requires constant Internet access even though the wireless Internet connection was supposedly available. My paranoia was immediately eliminated when the wireless high speed connection came up on my first attempt and stayed connected with an excellent connection the entire week.........I didn't miss a beat the whole week!! I spent half my time on my laptop working from the balcony that has an absolute unbelievable view of the Gulf and would wholeheartedley recommend this condo to anyone.   • The condo was beautiful. We spent our honeymoon at Seagrove, and the week was wonderful. We are both in our 60s, but even old people need love. The interior of the condo was beautiful, and we were pleased and surprised at how tastefully it was done. We hope to come back again soon.

  • We just stayed at your condo for spring break and had an amazing time! The condo is decorated so cute that it really adds to the "beach" experience.   • We enjoyed staying in the condo so much!! The price was amazing for such a spectacular view of the ocean! We went to Seagrove to get some planning done for our November 08 wedding. It was so nice to go back to the condo at night and relax on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves. It felt like we were sitting on the beach from our balcony! The condo is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. I am looking forward to returning to this condo!

  • Our stay in condo A9 at the Palms was delightful. The condo is bright and cheery and the view of the beach/gulf from the balcony is beautiful and never becomes commonplace. The layout of the condo and the furnishings makes entertainment very easy and fun. The wireless internet makes communicating with family and friends and keeping up with the day's news a snap. All of these reasons are why we will be back next year!
