You will appreciate our new completely renovated condo. Custom designer decorated. This condo has received the highest rating through ResortQuest (formerly named Abbott Resorts) Management company for the past five years! Beautiful bright cheerful colors and furnishings that keep you wanting to come back year after year. Make your vacation memories here.
The condo has nine foot ceilings throughout making it feel very roomy. There is a bunk area that can sleep two or more. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and flows into the master bathroom. The master contains a king-size bed, large TV Cable, DVD, VCR and plenty of storage. There is ceramic tile throughout that mimics the beautiful ocean color. An over sized fabulously decorated hall bathroom is also present. The unit contains a large washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The sofa in the living area becomes a queen-size sleeper which allows you to be lulled to sleep at night by the ocean waves.
The grassy lawn in front of our condo unit is a perfect area for children to play. The unit is located on the second floor, which gives you a beautiful view of Seagrove Beach.

We offer additional peace of mind by making temporary adjustments to our cancellation policy. called “Worry-Free Reservations,”, our policy defines as:
Within thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, if the beach at your vacation location is officially closed to the public and/or a swimming advisory is in effect due to the oil spill, and you decide to cancel your reservation in advance, we will fully refund your money. If during your stay a beach closure and/or swimming advisory is issued and you depart early, we will refund the unused portion of your stay.

We recently stayed at this condo and had a great trip. Everything descibed above is accurate. The beachfront location is great with incredible views and very easy access to get to the beach. The proximity to Seaside is great for restaurants and shopping, When we return to 30A, this will be our first choice of places to stay.

We have stayed at the Palms at Seagrove several times but I have to say that this was the best ever in A9 it was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The decor is so beautiful for being at the beach and the ocean view is awesome. I will definately be coming back to A9 next year.

My husband and I just returned from a vacation at this WONDERFUL condo! The furnishings were so bright and cheerful! This only added to the fact that the condo was in a PERFECT location! We had a wonderful time....great condo with charming furnishings and comfortable (!!!) furniture in a fabulous location with an absolutely beautiful view of a gorgeous beach. We can't wait to stay here again (and again and again)!!!

We spent a week in September of 09 and already have a week in October of 2010 booked. We loved the condo, the location, the view, and everything we needed was there. Ate breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach every morning. This is our new favorite place. Owner is great to work with.

We stayed at this condo from 5/11-5/18 and it was definitiley as advertised. I was a little hesitant to take off an entire week from my business activities that requires constant Internet access even though the wireless Internet connection was supposedly available. My paranoia was immediately eliminated when the wireless high speed connection came up on my first attempt and stayed connected with an excellent connection the entire week.........I didn't miss a beat the whole week!! I spent half my time on my laptop working from the balcony that has an absolute unbelievable view of the Gulf and would wholeheartedley recommend this condo to anyone. The condo was beautiful. We spent our honeymoon at Seagrove, and the week was wonderful. We are both in our 60s, but even old people need love. The interior of the condo was beautiful, and we were pleased and surprised at how tastefully it was done. We hope to come back again soon.
