  This condao was awesome! Perfect for a family with two smalls girls and some relatves that also came to visit us while at the beach. There were daily kids activities which my girls enjoyed. We will request to stay here again when we go to PCB. Owner was great to work with. She even called a few days before as there was the threat of inclement weather. Only issues we had were we could not figure out how to use the TVs (only one station worked) and the DVD player in the second bedroom. Also, the resort bar closes @ 4pm if not sooner, so make sure you are prepared with food and drinks.

  Owner response: Hi Missy, I'm glad you enjoyed our condo and the amenities at Splash, I just wish you had called or gone to the front desk with your remote control/DVD issues. One of the advantages of renting our unit is the onsite Management at Splash manages our unit, so if there are any issues (like with a TV or appliance) all you do is go to the front desk and they will take care of anything you need.   This is such an awesome condo! My family had the vacation of a lifetime! This was the first time my kids have been to PCB and it is now their favorite vacation spot! Thank you to Nicole for allowing us to use your home away from home to have the time of our life! We look forward to our next trip to PCB!

  My Family and I (my husband and I, 4 kids, 3 teens and 1 5 year old) in early July...and it was PERFECT. We had such a wonderful time. It was great for all of the kids considering there was something for everyone...I even Parasailed for the first time, right outside our condo...family could see me from the porch:) Close to Pier Park, shopping and dining. This Condo was very nice, well represented by the pictures. The owner was a true pleasure to work with as well. We normally get a 3 bedroom because of our size but this one accommodated us very comfortably. In fact the kids have already requested that we go back to this specific condo in the future. I sure hope so...(just looking at the pics of the condo again make me want to go back already!:)))

  We stayed in this unit with our grandson (almost three yrs old). This is a great unit. Very kid friendly. The DVD in the bedroom was great for watching Micky Mouse until he fell asleep. The bunk bed was great, we pulled out the tundle bed in case he rolled off the bottom bunk so I slept better knowing he was safe. The balcony was great for spotting fish and sea life. The whole complex is set up for families with kids. Nicole went over and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The unit was everything it says and more. Brody asked each morning " We're gonna have More Fun,Fun, Fun??" And Yes.. we did!!

  Nicole is very easy to work with throughout the booking process. The unit is very nicely decorated and spacious. We would definately rent from Nicole again in the future.
