All 23 acres of Pinnacle Port Resort is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Your family can play on the sparkling white sand and emerald waters one day, and go boating, fishing, or jet skiing on Lake Powell the next. The weather is great all year 'round here, so you'll never get bored. Folks have vacationed at Pinnacle Port for years because they love the surroundings, the privacy, security, amenities and of course, our views! Book early, we have many return guests who love our place! Our condo is so well appointed, our guests hate to leave! The property is well protected by Camp Helen State Park on the West side and Carillon Beach on the East side. Our gated property has 24/7 security with a guard on duty and roving security. Our condo is Never rented to students & our property enjoys repeat visitors because of it's family friendly reputation.
Deposit: A security deposit of $250 will be charged at the time of reservation to lock in booking dates. You may request a full description of rental and cancellation policy at time of booking.
Rental Rates: All rents are due 30 days prior to arrival date. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of deposit and rebooking of unit. Cancellations: Renter agrees at time of reservation that Rental reservations cancelled after 30 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the security deposit, ie. $250 + $250. Rescheduled reservations are allowed only once within 2 months of arrival without penalty. Should a subsequent cancellation from that same booked guest occur within 45 days of booked arrival, canceling guest will receive half of deposit. Cancelled bookings within 2 weeks of arrival may (at owner's discretion) be rescheduled depending on emergency circumstances, but is not guaranteed due to availability. Renter agrees that Cancellations of rents and deposits when prepaid by credit card are subject to bank's cancellation fee ($15)being deducted from refund. *We strongly urge renters to book reservations beginning or ending on Saturdays-During Spring/Summer, all bookings begin on Saturdays only...partial weeks are for last minute bookings only. *When 2 or more parties are inquiring for the same time period, we reserve the option to give preference to the longer-staying party, before establishing a reservation. In case of severe weather events causing early departure by order of state and local authorities after guest checkin, makeup rebookings may be provided. Rebookings given will be of the remaining amount of unused nights after evacuations have been ordered by authorities and are offered according to property owners' openings. Proof of evacuations must be provided to this property owner by resort management in order to satisfy rebooking. Loss of deposit and Bank fees applicable for last min. cancellations.

Our family just loved staying at Randy & Lori's condo. It was perfect for our family of four. We had a great time just chilling on the beach, and it was nice that other activities weren't far away. We will definitely be back for another vacation! We enjoyed the indoor pool since it was a little chilly while we were there, and played shuffleboard and tennis. We combed the beach for hours and found some nice shells to bring home. Condo is clean and tastefully decorated with nice furniture and decor. We loved hearing the ocean when we had the door open. the condo was extremely quiet inside, we didn't hear any outside noise other than the ocean and only when the door was open.What a great experience for our first VRBO rental. thank you again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved staying in this condo! It has everything you need. The complex is very quiet and the beach is so close! Lori is super friendly and informative. It was the best communication we've had with an owner when renting. She even responded right away when we wanted to stay an extra night. We had a wonderful stay at your condo! We have been burned on rentals being something other than what they were advertised as so we were happy to see how nice your place was. Everything was updated and modern. The beach was so close and not packed full of people. The pool was perfect. You two had the best communication of anyone we have ever rented with previously. You set the bar high for others out there! Hey Lori! I just had to get on here and let everyone who looks at this condo know how great it was. Our kids are 2 and 8 and it was just perfect! We set up our chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys the first day and didnt have to drag them back and forth! We could see them just 50 steps from our lanai! We saw stingrays, dolphins and found lots of nice shells. We even brought home 5 hermit crabs we found in the water for our saltwater aquarium. On the most crowded day, there were only about 25 people on the beach since there is NO public access. Lori thought of EVERYTHING when setting the up the condo, anything you would use at home is there! Nice furniture, quiet location, easy beach access! Couldnt have asked for more! Lori was so sweet and helpful with the reservations and my concerns with the looming oil. Thankfully PCB has been spared and vacation was wonderful! Thanks again Lori! And we head that way next year we will definitely be booking your place again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this super condo for our 20th anniversary. Lori was very accomodating and hospitable. The condo was great. We had everything we needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time. Lots of good places to eat. We got hooked on Thomas Donuts for breakfast. Pier Park is a really nice mall with a tropical touch. Would love to come back again.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We are halfway through the year already and we've enjoyed each and every one of our guests! It's been great getting to know you, including our wonderful return guests. Lori & Randy, Wow! What an incredible place you have. We have truly enjoyed being here and spending our 1st anniversary at your condo. The view out your window is spectacular. We wanted a nice, quiet, secluded place; and that's exactly what we got. I can't believe how beautiful the water is. We took so many pictures! Please keep us in mind for this time next year. About the owner: As California natives currently living in the Midwest, we have grown to appreciate warmer climates. Islands, beaches, the sea air...we sure miss it! Of course, after experiencing the white sand and clear waters of Florida, we have found a new coast to love. After traveling to the Bahamas, Hawaii and the Caribbean, we knew we wanted vacation property right on the beach, but something closer and more affordable for our guests. That is why we chose the Emerald coast of Florida.
Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port:
Randy and I love the beach and wanted to share the experience with others. Being on the ground floor and being able to view the beach right out the back door is great! Families with children as well as senior adults appreciate not having to climb stairs, fear high balconies or dealing with elevators. Our resort is very out of the way and everything you need is right here. The private uncrowded beach is one of the biggest reasons we chose our condo at Pinnacle Port, a gated resort on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Being right on the ground floor and right on the beach is awesome! Truly a rare find in Panama City Beach, and so affordable for most budgets. We love being able to park our car right out front and no stairs or elevators. Our guarded/gated property is unique in that it is nestled between Lake Powell and the Gulf. Both on our property! We continue to keep our prices for our ground floor unit low, even $100s below the competition, even other ground floor units of the same caliber. Our quiet little corner is just that...QUIET! We love watching the dolphins play as we drink our coffee on the patio in the mornings.
