Our Lake Cliffe Condominium, overlooking Lake Dillon, offers a central location to all Summit County activities both Winter and Summer.
During the Winter, five world-class ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, A Basin, Copper, and Vail) are just minutes away. Summers in the mountains are wonderful. Boating, fishing, hiking, bicycling, four-wheeling, and white water rafting are but a few of the activities that await your arrival.
Our two bedroom, two bath 1080 sq. ft. ground floor condo is completely furnished with all the comforts of home and has been completely redecorated in designer fashions and colors offering literally everything you'll need for a memorable vacation.
Parking is conveniently located just outside the front door and the Summit shuttle service stops just across the street, providing free transportation to all Summit County ski areas.
After a hard day on the slopes, have fun in the completely remodeled club house. Enjoy the new indoor heated swimming pool or soak those sore muscles in one of the two new hot tubs. New changing / shower rooms are also available.

Arrived 2/9/2013, stayed the entire week. The condo was supplied with everything you would ever need for a week of vacationing. It is located close to the shopping areas of Dillon, close to restaurants and close to 3 major ski areas. The price was perfect for our budget, much less expensive than staying at the resorts, which would have cost 4 times as much for the same accomodations. I would definately recommend this unit to our friends, and if available, I would definately book another stay when I return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We had a great time in Dillon. The condo was in great condition, very clean, and a great location. You could watch the sail boats from the patio, walk across the street for dinner or to the amphitheater. We rarely used our CAR. We biked to Frisco or Keystone right from the condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

It was very nice and roomy in the living room. Had just about all kitchen items needed. We prepared a ham for Christmas dinner. We had trouble with starting a fire, no kindling. Also not much toilet paper. We mainly enjoyed just relaxing and playing games (nice size table for games), watching movies, enjoying family. We did snowmobile at Green Mountain Ranch, what fun .We took a walk down by the lake, beautiful view from patio. Good distance to travel to. I would recommend this place to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: We're sorry you had a difficult time starting a fire. We provide unlimited free firewood that has been dried for at least one season. We have instructed our cleaning crew to provide ample cleaning and paper products based upon the rental length and number of guests. We'll follow up to ensure our instructions are being followed.

Rates
Saturday - Saturday rentals. Shorter terms considered based upon availability Opening day - December 18: $525 per week | Xmas weeks $1325 (7 nights) January - February: $775 per week | March: $875 per week | April $525 per week June - August $625 per week. Rates include taxes and cleaning fees. Rental Policy: $125 deposit required within 7 days to secure reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled 30 days before arrival Forfeiture of funds if cancelled less than 30 days
