Recently remodeled and lovingly decorated townhome on the North Beach of Tybee Island – overlooking the historic Tybee Lighthouse. Offering a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean, this home is just steps from sandy beaches at the northeast tip of the Island, Oceanside.
Enjoy the ocean breeze on the large furnished porches on each floor as well as views of the beach, shrimp boats, pleasure boats and oceanic cargo shipping vessels. Access Tybee’s North Beach via beach walk over sandy dunes at edge of property’s parking area.
The fully furnished townhome sleeps as many as 8–10 guests. All bedrooms have televisions. Cable TV is provided in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer. All linens provided except beach towels.

Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location, just steps from one of the most clean and beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Dan, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. He even set up beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use right on the beach. He provided us with a gas grill so that we could bbq and not have to eat all our meals out. There are three porches with chairs that you can just sit and stare out at the gorgeous view. The unit was spacious and nicely appointed and contained everything that we needed for our ten day stay including plenty of clean towels since there are three full bsthrooms. This was our first visit to Tybee Island and it is truly a magical place. Dan's unit, in my opinion, is in the best location on the island--where it is quiet and peaceful, with gorgeous views. And being only a fifteen minute drive to Savannah, you have the best of both worlds--the city if you want some culture and excitement, or the beach if you want to just relax and swim and watch the pods of dolphins playing. Dan is a hands-on owner, and makes himself available 24/7 to his tenants for anything they could possible need. We're from Chicago and Dan's southern charm and hospitality made us feel very well taken care of. Would highly recommend this rental unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The beach townhouse was just amazing and the property owner was friendly and accomodating. Will stay here again and again. The house was super clean and everything we needed was provided inside. The property provided gorgeous views of the lighthouse nearby as well as the beach/ocean which was only steps from the front door. Thank you, we will all be back soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
