This condo is furnished with high quality art and furniture making it your home away from home. The unit sleeps 2 comfortably with a maximum capacity for 4 (one queen sized bed and one full-sized pullout couch with tempurpedic mattress), a large fully furnished kitchen with dining table, a 32 inch HD/LCD cable television and is decorated in soothing historic colors with quality furnishings. You have the perfect environment to relax and unwind.

Located just off of Greene Square on the quiet Eastside of the Landmark Historic District you’re only steps from the riverfront, historic mansions, plantations and forts, fine dining, site seeing, shopping, theater, and a 10 minute stroll to the nightlife bars and clubs of the west side of town. The unit is just steps from the embattlements of Ft. Wayne, Trustees Garden, the Pirate House, and the newly refurbished Morris Center for performance art, a main venue of the Savannah Music Festival. Traditional malls, movie theaters and stores are just a 10 minute drive to the South side of Savannah.

  • This is the perfect Savannah Condo --- located on the quiet side of town a block from Green Square and a few blocks from the river --- brand new construction top floor condo in a historic building --- beautiful furnishings, art, hardwood floors and shutters. Large kitchen, flat screen TV --- looks much better than the pictures.

  • We stayed 4th of July weekend. My husband and I took my parents who had never been to Savannah. They loved it! The condo is very convenient to the Historic District and especially the riverfront. We walked practically everywhere! Reserving the place was a breeze, and even on a busy holiday weekend, I got a response on availability within a couple of hours. Thanks again!

  • We stayed in this lovely condo for four nights in March '08. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, and has everything you need, with extras. We had a third person who slept on the sofabed, and that was very comfortable with a pillow top cover. The owners were very helpful with advice about what to see and do, and were very concerned about our needs. The location is very convenient to all the historic district and we always found a free parking place close by. We would definitely stay here again. The condo is on the third floor, however, with no elevator, so this could be a problem for someone who has trouble with stairs.

  • What a lovely condo - very nicely appointed. You'll feel pampered! Savannah is always lovely, no matter the time of year, so plan on a great stay in this beautiful condo.
