This dramatic mid-century modern home is perched on a hillside above Honolulu where city, sky and sea stretch out as far as the eye can see. Honolulu Sky Villa offers a serene get-away for those seeking a private, luxurious tropical setting with all of the amenities of a sophisticated international city. Our concierge is available to facilitate a wide array of services from custom pre-provisioning, in-home spa services, sailing and beach tours, to golf reservations and helicopter tours.
Our property has two buildings, the main house and a guest house with two independent suites. All rooms are furnished to the same high standard of comfort and quality. Each room has a view either to the garden or city.
In the main house there are two suites with city views, king-sized beds and luxurious baths and one garden-view suite with twin beds.
The great room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Honolulu, Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. Travertine decks and patios surrounding the pool provide seamless transition from outside to inside and vice versa.
The Guest House is comprised of a ground-floor studio apartment or nanny quarters (queen bed) and a second level, two-bedroom apartment (one queen, one with twin beds.) Each level in the Guest House has its own kitchen, bath, flat-screen TV and stereo.

Luxury and birds, too!

We spent our anniversary week here, luxuriating in the pool, enjoying the very complete kitchen, reveling in the privacy of our suite, and gawking at the birds singing in the lush plants surrounding the house. While we didn't make much use of the flat-screen TVs (way too much going on with the city and shopping and relaxing), having WiFi was wonderful. What would we like in the future from this property? Perhaps some restaurant suggestions, hiking recommendations, day trips. We filled our week as it was, what with snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, flying on the North Shore, turtle-watching, and spa visits to Halekulani Resort. Loved the very comfortable beds, luxurious linens, endless views. And did we mention the birds? Red-crested cardinal, Japanese White-Eye, Shama, overall 12 news ones for me.
