Brand New(June 2008) 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo located across the street from the Pristine Non-Crowded side of New Smyrna Beach. This unit is located on the 4th floor and is a spacious end unit (1800 sq. ft.).
Approx 70 Minutes from all major Orlando attractions, theme parks (Disney, Sea World, MGM, Universal, Epcot,etc.) Outlet Shopping and the Orlando Int'l Airport. Twenty (20) minutes to Daytona Int'l Airport and Daytona Int'l Speedway. Forty (40) minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral cruise ship docks.
Lots of things to do, Swim, Surf, Jet Ski, Fish, collect sea shells, Golf (numerous courses in the area), Walk Nature Trails and dine at one of the many Seafood Restaurants along the Ocean. New Smyrna Has Been Named One of the "100 Best Small Towns in America" & "One of the Top 10 Beaches"
Furnished with Upscale Furniture, Master bedroom has 1 King bed and ensuite with Jet Tub, dual sinks, shower and large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the main living area. All Bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with flat screen TV's extra linens, towels & Alarm Clocks.
The Main Living Area entertainment unit is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and CD Player with iPod docking station. The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials of home and much more !!!! Beautiful Granite Counters, 3 bar stools to talk to the "Chef" or enjoy your meal. Cordless Phone with 3 remote handsets, answering machine and FREE local calling.
Off the Kitchen is an Oceanview Balcony with a dinette set (table & 4 chairs) to enjoy a meal or cocktail. Off the Master Bedroom is a second balcony with a Bistro Set, which overlooks the New Recreation Building Pool and fabulous view of the Nature Preserve.
Oceanwalk has professionally landscaped grounds, 2 separate Clubhouses each with heated pools, fitness center (with shower facilities), hot tub, sauna, common/lounge area and gas BBQ/grills. The new Rec Center with Bar, Lounge Area, Fridge, Microwave, gas BBQ/grills. Tennis, Basketball and Shuffleboard courts are adjacent to the Clubhouse. There is a Boardwalk on the Property that Winds Through a Nature Preserve providing an opportunity for Wildlife Viewing.

We bought in New Smyrna as its a quaint and quiet beach town. With close proximity to the beach and only 1 hr to disney, it was a perfect choice for our vacation property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The kids love the theatre room. Our rental is furnished like it was our home. We love the cleanliness of Ocean walk Condos, pools and workout area. My husband likes the great golfing within the surrounding area and I like having Daytona only 20 minutes away to do some great shopping. With the beach across the street and 2 pools to choose from.....everyone is always busy and happy.

We had such a fantastic time at your condo. Everything was perfect and just as we imagined it. The view was great and the location of the unit (right next to the pool) was perfect for our kids. It was clean, nicely decorated and fully furnished with everything we needed. The club house was great with all sorts of extras for our use (tennis rackets, chairs, games, umbrellas, etc.) We will be back for sure!!!!! Great family vacation!!!!!!

This is a very tastefully decorated unit, with an outstanding view. The decor sets the tone for a pampering, restful vacation. The master bath is perfect, with a jacuzzi, glass shower, double vanity and walk in closet. We enjoyed the back patio with a view of the wetlands immensely! I hadn't read this anywhere, but the clubhouse provided free kayaks and gear for a self guided tour though the wetlands. It was one of the most beautiful parts and if we had stayed on the ocean side of the street, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy that rare beauty. Our kids had a great time too as there were a few toys and coloring books that engaged them. We drove from here to Disney and Sea World. The drive from here was pretty long, but every other day we spent here enjoying the peace of the ocean and pool and it refreshed us in a way that staying in Orlando couldn't have. I would have to say that New Smyrna beach is better than Coco Beach in that there were never more people on the beach than we could count on our fingers (stayed in October). A very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home. We had such a good time. The condo is extremely nice and includes everything you could need. Great location in the complex as well as close to some great restaurants and activities. You must try JB's Fish Camp for great seafood and take a boat ride from there on the Intercoastal Waterway. We saw manatee, dolphin and a variety of birds. Also try Bella Napoli for really good Italian. Lovely Owners and great service.The staff in the Oceanwalk office were a pleasure to work with. Can't wait til our next visit.

Had a fantastic time. Seen the best 4th of July fireworks from the beach. We loved the property and the condo. Would love to return. My only complaint (and my parents) was it wasn't long enough. :)
