Relax and unwind in style on your next vacation in the luxury of this two bedroom, two bath tropical villa, located on the second floor of Magnolia Place Condos in Myrtlewood Golf Course Community, Myrtlewood Villas. Our villa overlooks the pool and the 5th hole of the golf course. It is quiet and relaxing with beautifully landscaped. We are less then five minutes from the ocean, Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row, Ripley's Aquarium, Barefoot Landing, theaters, and many other attractions. Awesome shopping, dining, and entertainment are all near by. And only 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Our villa can accommodate a family of 4 including children. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a 37' Flat Sceen TV, DVD player. All are tastfully decorated to put you in the 'island feel'. Visit us on Facebook @ Larkins Myrtle Beach Condo.
You can fix your favorite dish from our fully equipped kitchen or dine out at any of the restaurants in 'restaurant row'. Rental Policies:
You must be 25 years of age to reserve the condo. Rates do not include the 13% accommodation tax. A $300 refundable Security Deposit is required to secure the reservations. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure, providing the condo is left in good shape and the keys are returned.
Check-in time is after 4:00pm. Departure is before 10:00am. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Rates are subject to change without notice. If written notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival the Security Deposit will be refunded, less $50.00.
No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

We were in Myrtle beack for the first week in August for our son's Ripken experience. The condo was perfect, the location was 5-10 minutes from everything. Nice condo, provided us with everything that we needed. Quiet, yet you are not secluded. Owners were very helpful in answering our questions and providing suggestions. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the condo is very well maintained. Enough room for our family of 5. When we head back to Myrtle we now know where we will stay! Thanks!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family stayed in Don & Kathi's condo for a week while my son played in the Ripken Experience Baseball tournament. Could not have asked for anything more. Kathi was very accommodating on three days notice after an issue arose with another condo our team had reserved. This place has all of the amenities of home...the washer/dryer were priceless in order to make it through a week of baseball games. There was plenty of room to spread out in all areas of the condo. Each room has a ceiling fan to beat the MB summer heat. One of our top priorities was an end unit to allow sunlight in through the huge windows. Next on our list of priorities was a view of the golf course or swimming pool. This condo had all three!!! The location of Myrtlewood absolutely cannot be beat for families playing at Ripken. Not only for its proximity to the baseball complex, but a grocery store, gas station, and a couple of restaurants are directly across the street. Best of all, it is 2 minutes to Broadway at the Beach (which can be a vacation in itself). There is something for everyone of all ages to do at Broadway. Also, Myrtlewood was just a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to the ocean for days when you want to escape to the beach. We were in many of our teammates condos, and feel like we had the best one we saw. The condos that were not end units did not have much natural light. Additionally, some of the condos that families reserved thru Myrtlewood did not seem as well maintained. This condo and lifestyle blows hotels/suites out of the water. Do not think twice if you are considering reserving this condo. You will not regret your decision. We would definitely consider renting this condo again for our next visit. This condo is a A+++++. Thank you Kathi for accommodating us and helping us enjoy our week in Myrtle Beach!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time the condo was very nice and close to all the major attractions. The Beaches were beautiful very relaxing. My kids loved Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. We will defintily stay at this condo on our next visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a perfect time at this condo. When you walk in the door it is so tropical and yet feels like you are at home. Every part of our experience was great. We went with grandchildren who played in ball tournament at Ripkin. Location for this park was perfect. The boys did not want to leave. They hope we return there again. The condo was equipped with everything you would ever need. It was very spacious and the beachy decor was perfect for us. We stayed from July 2 to July 9, 2011 and even tho the beach area was crowded, there were so many things to do near the condo, for the boys and for the adults. We enjoyed Boardwalk at the Beach and all the restaurants and shopping that was available right down the road from the condo. We would definitely stay at this condo again if we go to Myrtle Beach. I have stayed at alot of condos over the years and this by far is the best.....Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

It was exactly what we wanted and MORE!!! Pictures are exactly what you get!!! Best Condo in the whole complex!! Very clean, very accomodating!! Close to pool for the kids. Close to Beach, Broadway on the Beach & all other activities. Place has awesome decor which fits the beach atmospshere and makes for a place to enjoy a little relaxation in the evening on the back porch & perfect view of pool. Would recommend this specific condo to any and everyone who is looking for vacation condo in Myrtle Beach. We would love to visit again & this will be first & only place we call!!! Hope its available!! Owners were awesome in communicating with us throught the reservation process & just prior to leaving for out vacation. No hassles checking in.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

After selling our family condo after 20 years, we now consider this condo our beach home. We have stayed 4 times in 2 years. The furnishings are excellent and beds are comfortable. The proximity to everything in MB makes it a great location! Much better than staying in a hotel.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Welcome! Please allow us to introduce ourselves to you. We are Don & Kathi Larkins. We love the Myrtle Beach area it is so beautiful and relaxing. We recently made our home in Myrtle Beach from Chicago. We try to make our villa warm and friendly and supply it with all the amenities of home. We have 6 children and 11 grandchildren. Don is a regional manager for Navistar and I am an insruance professional. We enjoy having our family visit us in Myrtle Beach and at our Lake home in Michigan. We like boating, traveling, gardening and of course family.

We love the location, Myrtlewood Golf Course in beautiful Magnolia Place, Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The beaches and golf in Myrtle Beach are exceptional. It is not far from the beach, shopping, entertainment, activities for children and adults,and restaurants. We have been coming down to Myrtle Beach since 2001
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Some of the unique benefits we enjoy while staying at our vacation property is being able to walk out on the lania and see the golfers golfing and the pool is right outside the complex too! Two of the most beautiful golf courses in South Carolina, Myrtlewood Palmetto and Myrtlewood Pinehills, are located right outside the door. The beach is peaceful and the pool is exhilarating. We like to bike along the bike path in Myrtlewood. It can be taken to the Marina for site seeing or dining at the Marina. The YMCA is withing walking or biking distance. The beach is accessable at each end ot the streets, which we like to walk on the beach in the morning and or evenings.
