Relax and unwind in style on your next vacation in the luxury of this three bedroom, two bath tropical villa, located on the first floor of Magnolia Pointe Condos in the Myrtlewood Golf Course Community, Myrtlewood Villas. Our villa overlooks the pool and a small lake. It is quiet and relaxing with beautiful landscape, and a walking area around the lake. We are less then five minutes from the ocean, Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row, and many other attractions. Awesome shopping, dining, and entertainment are all near by. And it is only 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Our villa can accommodate a family of six including children. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king swing bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a 47" Plasma TV, DVD and CD player. All are tastfully decorated to put you in the "island feel". Additional photos are available upon request by e-mail.
You can fix your favorite dish from our fully equipped kitchen or dine out at any of restaurants in "restaurant row". There are attractions for all ages: Ripleys Aquarium, Alabama Theater, Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede, Legends, Comedey Club, the Pavilion, and water parks and rides. Rental Policies:
You must be 25 years of age to reserve the condo. Rates do not include the 12% accommodation tax. Rates DO include cleaning after departure. A $200 refundable Security Deposit is required to secure the reservations. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure, providing the condo is left in good shape and the keys are returned.
Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Departure is before 10:00am. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Rates are subject to change without notice. If written notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival the Security Deposit will be refunded, less $50.00.
No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

- Charcoal BBQ Grill: Within walking distance from the villa. There is also a table that seats four by the grill.
- Lanai: The lanai overlooks the lake with a spray fountain and the pool. Dine outside with the patio furniture that is kept in the closet to avoid theft.
- View/Location
- Lakefront: The man made lake with a spray fountain is very pretty to look at and nice to listen to. There is a walk way around the lake. Great for exercising! And of course the beach is less than a mile away.
- Other Amenities
- Our upscale villa offers bonus amenities most vacation rentals don't have. Enjoy the extras: beach cooler/bag ~ beach chairs/umbrella ~ DVD's/VCR's ~ board games/cards. That "Life at the Beach" feeling

We love the Myrtle Beach area it is so beautiful and relaxing. We decided to buy in Myrlte Beach to hopefully retire here one day. We have six children and 8 grandchildren with one due in Dec.
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Condominium
We love to just relax when we a here because are lives are so busy
with work and family. We tend to cook at home when we are here but
always visit a few of the magnificent restaurants. The beach is peaceful
and the pool is exhilarating.
