Relax and unwind in style on your next vacation in the luxury of this three bedroom, two bath tropical villa, located on the ground floor of Magnolia Pointe Condos in the Myrtlewood Golf Course Community, Myrtlewood Villas. Our villa overlooks the pool and a small lake. It is quiet and relaxing with beautiful landscape, and a walking area around the lake. We are less then five minutes from the ocean, Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row, Ripley's Aquarium, Barefoot Landing, theaters, and many other attractions. Awesome shopping, dining, and entertainment are all near by. And only 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Our villa can accommodate a family of six including children. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king swing bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a 47" Plasma TV, DVD and CD player. All are tastfully decorated to put you in the "island feel". Additional photos are available upon request by e-mail.
You can fix your favorite dish from our fully equipped kitchen or dine out at any of the restaurants in "restaurant row". There are attractions for all ages: Ripleys Aquarium, Alabama Theater, Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede, Legends, Comedey Club, the Pavilion, and water parks and rides. Rental Policies:
You must be 25 years of age to reserve the condo. Rates do not include the 12% accommodation tax. Rates DO include cleaning after departure. A $200 refundable Security Deposit is required to secure the reservations. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure, providing the condo is left in good shape and the keys are returned.
Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Departure is before 10:00am. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Rates are subject to change without notice. If written notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival the Security Deposit will be refunded, less $50.00.
No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

- Lakefront : The man made lake with a spray fountain is very pretty to look at and nice to listen to. There is a walk way around the lake. Great for exercising! And of course the beach is less than a mile away.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love to just relax when we a here because are lives are so busy
with work and family. We tend to cook at home when we are here but
always visit a few of the magnificent restaurants. The beach is peaceful
and the pool is exhilarating.

We had a wonderful time the condo was very nice and close to all the major attractions. The Beaches were beautiful very relaxing. My kids loved Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. We will defintily stay at this condo on our next visit.

We had a perfect time at this condo. When you walk in the door it is so tropical and yet feels like you are at home. Every part of our experience was great. We went with grandchildren who played in ball tournament at Ripkin. Location for this park was perfect. The boys did not want to leave. They hope we return there again. The condo was equipped with everything you would ever need. It was very spacious and the beachy decor was perfect for us. We stayed from July 2 to July 9, 2011 and even tho the beach area was crowded, there were so many things to do near the condo, for the boys and for the adults. We enjoyed Boardwalk at the Beach and all the restaurants and shopping that was available right down the road from the condo. We would definitely stay at this condo again if we go to Myrtle Beach. I have stayed at alot of condos over the years and this by far is the best.....

It was exactly what we wanted and MORE!!! Pictures are exactly what you get!!! Best Condo in the whole complex!! Very clean, very accomodating!! Close to pool for the kids. Close to Beach, Broadway on the Beach & all other activities. Place has awesome decor which fits the beach atmospshere and makes for a place to enjoy a little relaxation in the evening on the back porch & perfect view of pool. Would recommend this specific condo to any and everyone who is looking for vacation condo in Myrtle Beach. We would love to visit again & this will be first & only place we call!!! Hope its available!! Owners were awesome in communicating with us throught the reservation process & just prior to leaving for out vacation. No hassles checking in.

After selling our family condo after 20 years, we now consider this condo our beach home. We have stayed 4 times in 2 years. The furnishings are excellent and beds are comfortable. The proximity to everything in MB makes it a great location! Much better than staying in a hotel.

Nicest condo we've rented in 15 years at Myrtle Beach. Very comfortable,nicely decorated,and central to all the amenities that Myrtle Beach has to offer. This condo has everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. Will definitely rent again.

We had a great time in Myrtle and this condo was the perfect location. Close to everything, easy to get to the beach. We were there with a group and no other condo even came close this one - beautiful place! Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This beautiful home away from home is everything or more than you could wish for in a place to spend your vacation. It is beautifully decorated, clean and a well stocked kitchen. Location...it is just around the corner from everything: shopping, the beach, restaurants and the attractions. We will be back again.
