  Overall nice condo, beds and furniture are comfortable. Beach is wonderful and the included chair rental is very comfy however they are located 2 ft from the next set of chairs so don't expect any privacy. The balcony is spacious and private. Long wait at elevators (only 2 for 21 floors) during dinner and lunch time or a rain event. That's where the second floor location really is helpful. Pools were awesome. Kids loved them. Check in/out was a breeze. Cleaning crew did a pretty good job. When we first looked through the room we noticed that a few light bulbs were out and that half the master bath towel rack was broken off. I called the desk to let them know and I believe the next evening someone came to fix them at 7pm. A few other small maintenance items that we didn't like: Main couch had many stains. Main TV's sound went in and out at times. Dishwasher is not securely attached, when you go to unload the entire thing tips forward. I would recommend this unit when looking to stay at this condo.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Owner response: The sofa was cleaned at the end of the 2012 season and the dish washer is now like it was when new.

  We just spent a week in this beautiful condo w/ our 11 yr. old son. What a great week. Condo has absolutely everything you need and then some. Check in/out was a breeze.(and this was spring break!) The beach is even more beautiful than the pictures. Pool area very nice always plenty of chairs. My 1st time to PCB and I was very impressed. Can't wait to come back next year (just not Spring break) a little too crowded for me.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  If you have children, this is the place for you! The condo is beautifully decorated and everything about it was perfect. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were the perfect size. We took our 3 children and 2 ( 5 and 8) slept in the guest bed and our oldest (12) slept on the couch. Not one complaint from them! They also couldn't get enough of the lazy river, water park, pools, arcade and of course the beach. This condo is far away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything to get there quickly by car. We went in September and the weather was just perfect (except for Tropical Storm Lee the first couple of days) and the beaches were not crowded. The sand was clean and white and the water perfectly clear. The beach service is a plus as it gave me and my husband a comfy place to lie while the kids played in the surf and sand. We were so sad to leave. I would stay there forever if I could. We will definately be going back.

  We were at the condo from 8/13-8/17 2010. Loved the condo. Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The grandkids LOVED the water park, pool, and lazy river. Hope to return next summer! Anyone wanting a great place for a family would love this condo!

  We stayed in this condo from 7/9/10-7/15/10. It was absolutely great. I would go back today if I could get out of work. You cannot go wrong when you book this. Nathan
