Sunny 4BR 2.5 Bath Home with first floor master suite close to beaches & shopping
This very sunny Cape Cod home is in a great location for many activities. One minute from New Seabury and 5 minutes to South Cape Beach, Waquoit Bay, Falmouth and to fantastic shopping and great restaurants at the Mashpee Commons. The home is in Seabrook Village an exclusive, safe and quiet community in Mashpee and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Monomomoscoy Island, wildlife sanctuary (perfect for bird watching). Association tennis courts are only a short walk from the house also.
First floor:
There is a very large living space with wraparound couch with fireplace with a dining area that accommodates 8-10. Attached to this room is a glass enclosed sun room filled with sun for most of the day. This room is the length of the house. The modern kitchen is fully equipped plus it has a built in window seat overlooking the 2 decks and the private back yard. One deck is located off of the Master suite on the first floor and the other is a very large wraparound deck that encompasses the whole side and part of the front of the home. In the first floor master suite there is a queen bed with a full private bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi. There is also an additional half bath on this floor, and an oversized outdoor shower.
Second Floor:
On the second floor there is a full bath and 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is very large with a queen bed and day bed that can sleep either one person or you can pull the trundle pop up bed out which makes this into a king size bed. The second bedroom is medium size with a skylight and also a queen bed. The final and fourth bedroom of the home is the smallest with a pull out couch that pulls out to create a full size bed. This house sleeps 9-10 people.

We loved this house, the location was perfect, and the amenities that the house had was more than expected. It was furnished beautifully and the owner is extremely helpful. The 2 decks with large outdoor dining table was great for entertaining.
