A brand new four bedroom home in Southwest Cape Coral, a Gulf Coast town in the sunshine, famous for being on water. In fact almost every street is on water and Cape Coral has a larger amount of canals and waterways than the City of Venice in Italy. With water being such a focal part of the community, Cape Coral is a very popular choice with fishermen and boaters alike. Bella Vista is situated on one of the many popular gulf access canals that the Cape is famous for, the canals are teeming with fish such as snook and even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success.
A short distance away are the famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the tropical barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva. These barrier islands are particularly famous the world over for the fine shelling and Nature Reserve of Ding Darling. Also along the shoreline is the state park of Lover's Key, rated in the Top 10 Beaches in the US on the Travel Channel. Cape Coral has both tennis clubs and golf courses within easy reach of the Bella Vista, including the championship Royal Tee Golf Course. Nearby Fort Myers and Naples have earned the reputation of having some of the most sought after public and private golf courses in the world. The Cape Coral area is a shoppers' paradise from designer boutiques in Bell Tower to large department stores in Coconut Point Mall. Miromar Outlets with over 140 designer and brand names is a short drive away.
BELLA VISTA is nearly 2400 sq. feet of luxury all professionally decorated...and stocked for families...tons of pool toys; a dozen beach towels; 4 beach chairs and beach toys; video games for the kiddos and whatever else would make your stay easier (let us know and we will accomodate for anything within reason)!
Amazing Master Bedroom with sitting area, sliders out to the lanai/pool...great views of the sunset over the canal...huge bedroom, flat screen TV/cable, 2 walk in closets, gorgeous master bath with jetted soaking tub and open shower, separate vanities.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with a nautical theme; Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed; Bedroom 4 has bunks (twin over full) for fun times with the kids.
The Kitchen is beautiful with maple cabinets, granite counters and fully equipped for even the serious chefs.... (coffee maker, blender, electric chopper, etc.) Den has a closet with games, Nintendo 64 & games.... Living Room has great views of the waterway and the lanai/pool with huge sliders to open up an entire wall and bring in the wonderful breezes.... large flat screen TV/cable and DVD....

We LOVE Florida...especially in the wintertimes! Cape Coral is close to the Gulf, which is our favorite side of FL...quieter and oh, those white powdery sand beaches!! We worked with a phenomenal realtor in the Cape who we highly recommend to everyone we know who comes down for the real estate, as well as the relaxation! The Unique Benefits at this House
We love just RELAXING when in FL...just opening up the sliders to the lanai and bringing the breezes right in and letting the kids swim all day on and off, reading, hanging out together, going for walks, bike rides, trips to the beach, shelling, discovering new restaurants (we love the unique, fresh seafood ones...like "The Sandy Hook" on Pine Island Rd in Matlacha...)
Darling island with all the quaint and colorful artsy and antique-y shops and authentic seafood restaurants, famous homemade ice cream by "Queenie" of Fort Myers... one of our favorite places!
A Great Outdoor Shopping Area and Boat Slip...great coffee shop/ice cream, Rumrunners Restaurant, casual dining, quaint shops along cobbled streets.
For a closeby and magnificent sunset...drive to the tip of Pine Island...especially in the hot summer...it's a little chilly in the winter times (at least in the cold winter of 2010).....but amazing v

My family and I just spent a week at the beautiful Bella Vista and it was just like a luxury home away from home. We vacationed with our 2 boys and my husbands parents and we had more than enough room. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The owners have thought of everything that you may need to have a comfortable relaxing stay, you literally just need to bring your suitcase. My boys are 8 & 12 and they could have played in the pool the entire time we were there without ever leaving the house, it was perfect. The owners were wonderful to work with and provided us with a booklet after we made our reservation that included additional information about the house and many local points of interest that was very helpful in planning our stay. We highly recommend this wonderful vacation home!

Our stay at Bella Vista in March 2011 was absolute paradise...We have rented many Florida vacation homes before but this home exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, with tonnes of space and all of the comforts of home (and then some!). The pictures on the property listing really do not do this home justice, my girls said they felt like princesses in a castle! We had perfect weather in the mid 80's and enjoyed hours of fun in the spacious and warm pool. The lanai was the perfect backdrop for enjoying the Florida sunshine, and just relaxing with the kids. They even managed to catch a few catfish off the dock! Everything seemed to be a short drive...we did a boat charter out of Pine Island, seen the Edison/Ford Museum (which was fabulous), and thoroughly enjoyed Sanibel and especially the beautiful Lovers Key Beach where we spent ours shell hunting and sunning on the gorgeous white sand! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us, we hope to return to Cape Coral in 2012 and will definately try to come back to Bella Vista!

We highly recommend this beautiful family home for those who want a true family vacation. All the necessities are on site in this well designed home, with comfortable beds and linens and everyone had special space to call their own The home is perfectly stocked for family needs, pool terrific, bikes great for touring and canal/dock accessible for ease of use (we had our own boat so this was a calming bonus to have in your backyard). The owners were gracious to deal with and organized in their execution of offering their home for rental use. Location was quiet, safe and close to amenities (grocers etc. within a few miles). We had a wonderful family vacation!

What a wonderful escape Bella Vista was. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private pool was amazing. The house was spotless, well taken care of and tastefully decorated to make you feel cozy and at home. The location was great, we were able to explore the surrounding islands which were only a few minutes away. We would recommend this place to anyone who is look for a place to unwind and relax. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Bella Vista. The home is beautifully furnished, including comfy beds, ceiling fans in all rooms, flat screen TV's, DVD players, enough closet space, patio furniture, large heated pool, and BBQ grill. Our family really appreciated the included beach towels, and hair dryers. Bella Vista is close to shopping and restaurants and easy to navigate to and from Ft. Myers and the beaches. There are menus, maps and trip information included in a renters booklet which is very helfpul if you are new to Cape Coral. We would not hesitate coming back here again. We area certainly recommending Bella Vista to all our friends and family - everything was perfect.
