Welcome to our home "Kossow Lodge" on Crescent Lake in Raymond, Maine.
Ideal for multi-family or large family reunions, Kossow Lodge is a four season, private home located on beautiful Crescent Lake, in the heart of the Sebago Lakes Region of Southwestern Maine. With eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, Kossow Lodge comfortably accommodates twenty people and uniquely provides both seclusion and serenity and plenty of activities for families and children. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and five bedrooms on the second floor with 1 King, 3 Queen beds, 3 Double beds, 6 Twin beds, sleep sofa in Basement, two aero beds, full crib and several Pack & Plays.

From summer to winter, the Lodge is a perfect location to hold multi-family vacations, reunions, anniversary gatherings, weddings, wedding receptions, business retreats, fishing trips, winter holidays, and skiing or snowmobiling trips. With 283 feet of private waterfront on two and a half acres on the western shore of Crescent Lake, everyone will find something to enjoy during your stay. A canoe & sunfish plus 2 kayaks are included in the rental.
Peak season rental is from Saturday 2 PM till Saturday 10 AM.

The kitchen is new and fully appointed with modern appliances. The china cabinet has service for 20 plus people and the dining room with its own stone fireplace can seat your whole group. The adjacent porch has its own large picnic table.
During the summertime the porch (60 feet x12 feet) is the ideal gathering spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake views. Venture outside to enjoy our open patio deck. Travel down the steps to our dock, which can handle your own 20 foot boat. Swim to the float and enjoy the sunshine, take the kids water-skiing, or simply keep your eyes and ears open to hear the loons. "Kossow Lodge" provides plenty of outdoor activities for those of all ages including, badminton, croquet and basketball. Inside, the gazebo offers a quiet spot for cards or board games or puzzles (all of which are supplied). The basement playroom offers a full size slate pool table, fooseball, air hockey table and a ping-pong table.
During the wintertime, the Great Room can seat your whole family(24 feet x30 feet), its magnificent stone fireplace draws the crowds. It offers a welcoming spot to warm up and relax after a day of skiing, ice fishing, cross country skiing, or Snowmobiling. Ski trips are a breeze with Shawnee Peak only 25 miles away and Sunday River 53 miles away.
No Smoking inside Kossow Lodge... Sorry No Pets Allowed. Maximum allowed overnight guests is 22, excluding babies. For larger groups, please inquire about our adjacent cottage that sleeps six.
