Why the Owner Chose Playa Santa Teresa:
We are engineers and have been taking vacations in Santa Teresa since 2006. The area is the perfect vacation spot. We enjoy surfing, riding ATVs, and hiking up waterfalls. We purchased this property because it is a very well constructed home, and has the best views in the area. The sound of the ocean carries right up to the pool deck, and you are away from the dust on the main road.
