  We enjoyed our visit and the condo was more than we thought it would be . Jennifer and Don were awesome to work with and the place was clean and well stocked with cookware and dishes. We were ther for Spring Break April 6 2013 and the water was a little cold wish the pool was heated. Overall we had a good time and we are so use to going to the East coast and thoiught we would try the west it is different but we love to be able just to walk out our front door and straight on the beach as we do on the East but we still had a really relaxing time.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I have been coming to Seagrove Beach for several years and this was definitely the most filthy condo I have stayed in. The was months of dust everywhere. The sheets on the sofa bed were dirty. The arms of the armchairs at the dining table were brown with dirt. The frames of the windows were filled with dead bugs. It ruined the week for me. Don't expect any luxuries here. You will get one tiny bar of soap and exactly one roll of toilet paper. No mop or cleaning supplies. Only when I called the manager did he bring over some limited cleaning supplies. Still no mop to clean the filthy floor. For the hours of cleaning and months of filth I was offered just a $35 credit. Woo hoo. Had I been able to go somewhere else, I would have. These managers have no idea what they are doing!

  Love the arrangement of the property. Would love to see another mirror and a few more dishes, pots/pans, etc. Very nice to have a bedroom, and really appreciate it being a pet friendly unit!! Great location. Close to everything. We love the laid back atmosphere. Will make reservations for next year, most likely. Hopefully in the Fall too??? Owner was very helpful and nice when we contacted him by phone. Great place to stay.

  Our stay at Hidden Beach Villas was amazing. The description and picture of the property were exact to the appearance of the property. The room was very clean and kept neat. The kitchen and dining are very nice and spacious. The kitchen appliances are up to date and easy to use. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, plates, and variety of things you will need during you stay. We went out to eat some during our stay but we also stayed in and cooked a few nights. The bedroom is clean and the bed is very comfortable. My son slept in the living room on the fold out couch and it was also comfortable. The location of the property is very convenient to the swimming pool and has a nice outdoor porch area. I grew up in Destin, Florida which I still enjoy but has now become very commercialized. I have now stayed at the Hidden Beach Villas twice in this same property and would recommend it to anyone. The price is also very reasonable for a week stay. My family really enjoy the Sea Grove/ Sea Side area as it is a family oriented place and very low key. We rode bikes when we went somewhere and simply relaxed. We plan on visiting this area again in the future and have already recommended it to friends and family.

  We had an excellent time. The condo was very nice and comfortable, especially for the rate charged. We would definitely stay in that unit again.
