This spacious, cheerfully decorated end unit condominium is full of light. It is well-appointed for entertaining or for just relaxing inside or on the large private deck that is set among pine trees. Ceiling fans add a cool breeze to every room. It is located adjacent to the Tennis Center and just a few steps from a swimming pool with a kiddie pool. You're just a short walk to the beach or you can take the community tram. In the morning, walk or ride your bike along the path past lakes and swans to The Marketplace for your coffee and favorite paper. In the evening, walk to restaurants and shops or drive into Rehoboth or Ocean City.
The Sea Colony Resort offers a private beach, ten outdoor pools and two indoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, two fitness centers, and plenty of biking paths. This is a wonderful family resort!

Stayed at this place in August of 2011. We absolutely loved it. Very clean, fully-stocked (I mean FULLY stocked), and close to the beach. Lots of amenities. Thank you Susan!

My wife & 2 kids (ages 4 & 17 months) stayed at this wonderful condo on the last week of July 2011 and we had a blast ! The condo is beautifully decorated and all of the art, done by the owner Susan, adds just the right touch. It feels comfortable to relax watching TV, or sitting on the back porch. The beds were all very comfortable and the kids enjoyed their room. It's very clean, which I'm fairly picky about. It had everything we needed for cooking meals or making a cup of coffee . Susan was just great to work with, she's very informative and she left some treats for us and the kids upon our arrival. We all felt very special and that she really cares for your comfort. We will no doubt make this our vacation spot whenever we visit Bethany. If you're looking for the right place to stay in at the beach... this is it ! 5 STARS !

We rented this condo for Memorial Day weekend 2011. Fantastic attention to detail - darling coordinated decor (inside and out), very clean, owner had left towels, sheets, snacks, menus, and beach chairs. Spacious feel with large deck outside family room. Great central location - our teens walked to beach, fitness center and tennis. Owner very helpful by email and key pick-up very easy - friendly rental staff.

We stayed at this property in August of 2010. The unit was just as the pictures showed - very sunny and relaxing. The decor was great and the amenities that the owner provided were over and above what is normal for most places. It was very clean and it was GREAT that we didn't have to bring our own sheets/towels/blankets/pillows. The owner also provided paper products and soap. The appliances were nice and worked well. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms which came in handy as it was hot when we were there. The back deck is nice and has a table and chairs to use. The owner also provided a beach umbrella and beach chairs. The unit is close to the beach - within 10 minutes if you walk - and the other transportation provided was very accessible and easy to use. The owner was extremely helpful in every regard and answered all questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay @ Sea Colony. It's very close to the front of the Sea Colony property which makes it one of the more desirable units. It was very quiet and had a small lake with swans and ducks close by. There also is a pool that is close by and easy to walk to. We used the pool almost every day. The Bethany Boardwalk is only a 5 minute drive from the property and very close to both Ocean City and Rehobeth Beach. All in all a GREAT property and I would definitely stay there again.
