My husband and I stayed here for two weeks together with our 5 months old baby, and absolutely loved it. It feels like a real home, and the owner is very welcoming and friendly. She'll make sure everything is as perfect as it can be. We have only two complaints: There is really no broadband access here. We were not able to get online. And the love bugs were a bit of a hassle, but they were only outside, and only bothersome a few days (and we can hardly blame this on the rental house, they were all over the area this time of year). But all in all, we had an absolutely wonderful holiday, and would definitely stay here again. Loved the kitchen, the pool, the garden, the clean house, the beach, the sun etc etc! It's by far the best holiday home we've visited.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We have rented a lot of beach houses over the years and this house has by far the best amenities. A great assortment of beach towels, coolers, tote bags, chairs, and umbrellas are ready for the quick walk (or bike ride! There are 2 bikes available too!) across the street to the pristine underpopulated beach. This section does NOT allow driving, and has very little touristy shopping which was exactly what we were looking for. Shopping is available, just have to drive there! The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds were plentiful and comfy. We were stunned to find a great assortment of DVD's and nice flat screen televisions! The pool was clean and had plenty of accessories. No detail is left out--even a nice welcome gift, a call during our stay, and a card in the mail upon our return. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return to enjoy more great food at JB's Fish Camp and The Little Drugstore, and to explore Merritt Island Refuge and other natural areas. Cannot recommend more highly!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We stayed at this property for the first time in June 2010. We were pleasantly suprised at how nicely furnished the home was. The layout is very spacious, the linens and towels were of the highest quality, the kitchen was well equipped and the home was spotlessly clean. The main attractions are about an hours drive away, this property is in a quiet area of New Smyrna, which is great after a hectic day out at one of the attractions. Nothing has been left out, everything that you would need is catered for. The beach is literally over the road, a four minute walk if that!! The swimming pool was fantastic, and a nice size and shape. The sun room was excellent. I am normally sceptical about reviews, because everybody sees things differently BUT with this property you can't see anything else but excellence and thoughtfullness to guests. We will be going back. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind - 8 Jahre) waren für 9 Nächte in diesem Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt - alles war da. Der Beschreibungstext sowie die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit. Das Haus und der Pool waren absolut sauber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kurzer Fußweg und schon war man am superlangen Sandstrand. Das Haus liegt zentral für diverse Ausflüge, wie z.B. Orlando (Disney World & Co), Cape Canaveral. Die Kommunikation mit dem Englischen Reisebüro D.J.W. war komplikationslos. Rundherum - alles Bestens. Das Ferienhaus können wir weiterempfehlen.
