You'll love our home away from home in this quite gated community of Pavilion Palms. Located in a 30 unit, 2-story plantation style complex on Old Scenic Hwy 98 in the exquisite Frangista/Mirmar Beach area.

Enjoy our professionally decorated condo with over 1600 square feet of living space. Includes large gourmet kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities of home. For your convenience, Full Size washer and dryer in laundry room. Private Gas Grill on our oversized Patio.
Large master bedroom has french doors that affords an unobstructed view of the gulf. Master bath has two seperate vanities. Amenities incude TV/VCR, phone and alarm clock.
2nd bedroom offers queen size bed, dresser and night stand. Private bath with shower/tub. Walk-in closet. TV, phone, alarm clock.
3rd bedroom features 2 fullsize pillow top beds with night stand. Full size dresser with TV. Walk-in closets. Private bath with shower/tub. TV and alarm clock.
Loaded with many extras including VCR and DVD players. The living area offers lots of seating including sleeper sofa, love seat and recliner.
Our dining area can be arranged for 6. In addition, there are 3 stools at the large bar area for additional seating.
Call it an evening in our lounging furniture on the spacious deck as you relax with the calming Gulf views. Also, perfect spot for morning cup of coffee. Our pool is seasonally heated (March, April, October and November) and can also be seen from our decks.
This is truly the best of both worlds and a safe place for your family without the noise and congestion. Enjoy the elevators for your convenience just steps away from our unit as well as access to our private garage.
You will find nine golf courses and the new Destin Commons Mall/Theatres just minutes away. We are walking distance from Pompano Joe's restaurant that offers food and beach service all day long.

Why the Owner Chose Pavilion Palms
We visited Pavilion Palms 2 years before purchasing our 2nd home. We have traveled to Destin for several years prior to staying here. We absolutely fell in love with the tranquility of the complex and the location. From the first time we stayed here, we knew that if we ever had the opportunity, this would be the place our families would call our 2nd home. Although we looked at numerous other properties, we kept coming back to Pavilion Palms. We absolutely love it here and know that you will too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our comminuty is tucked away in the best part of Destin. We are located on the beautiful strip known as Scenic Gulf Drive. We are a small gated community consisting of only 30 units. Our condo has an exceptional floor plan that is perfect for larger families. Our large deck stretches out over the entire length of the condo. We have a private gas grill located directly on our deck for our guest. The views are beautiful and you will love taking long strolls only the pedestrian friendly sidewalks that stretch several miles in both directions. We have a private garage for our guest and elevators conveniently located outside our unit.

Carolyn and Glenda are in the real estate profession in Atlanta, GA. We have been long time business associates and friends. Being professionals in the real estate business, we knew that Destin was the premier choice for our 2nd home. After much research and travel to other Florida beaches our husbands and children along with ourselves knew that Destin was far superior to other beaches and areas. The beautiful white sand and the aqua blue water took our breath away and captured our hearts. We have found that the fine dining and fun casual dining if preferred, and the entertainment opportunities in Destin are truly the best. While we enjoy our family time in Destin, we also are thrilled to have so many repeat guest on an annual basis that love to visit and enjoy our home as much as we do. Our wonderful repeat annual snowbirds call it their home away from home which makes it a joy to share. Some of our most rewarding and favorite times are those gatherings of the many YaYa sisters and sitting for days on the beach and enjoying the wonderful night life of Destin. Easy walk to coffe shop early a.m. The views from the condo are great. The breezes on the deck in any season are to die for..what a great place. So very clean and safe. The owners are just a phone call away for any questions..The listing description just doesn't do it justice..it's way better than you describe!! I would recommend this great place to anyone..single, married w/or w/o kids, get a way for the girls, etc. The pool is just steps away..great place to relax. I loved everyplace we went out to eat..however, I love the convenience of the beaches and the restaurats in walking distance of the beach due to the wonderful atmosphere all around you..

I have stayed at this condo for 3 years and can honestly say it is one of the best. The location is perfect and the condo amenities are top notch. Everything you will need for a great vacation is here. The beach view from the balcony is relaxing and the short walk to the beach is level and easy - even with children. I can't say enough great things about this condo and the owners!

Our family of 6, us and 4 adult children, just returned from a week in this beautiful, professionally decorated, and well appointed condo. The owners were very helpful and gracious and ensured the condo was spic and span for our visit. The beautiful palm trees provided the perfect mix of privacy and a nice view off of the deck. It is very conveniently located just the perfect distance from traffic and only a few steps to the pool and beach. The grounds were kept clean with beautiful landscaping. The pool was clean and warm. Unfortunately the ceilings don't provide much noise filtering from the condo above. Our only word of caution is to beware of this possibility, especially if the neighbors happen to have several small children.

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo had all the amentities of home and more. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and we especially enjoyed the convenience of the gas grill and oversized deck. We were able to enjoy the view of the gulf from the deck while the pool and palm trees provided just enough distance form the street noise. We stayed in this beautiful condo for 5 weeks this winter.It is the most spacious and well equipped condo we have stayed in during the past 13 yrs in Destin.The balcony is huge with palm trees all around.This condo is also convenient to all the great shopping and attactions. Ray & Gerri Corsini
