Lovingly renovated, I am a single-family, beach cottage in a family-friendly, Jersey Shore town. My decor is always clean and fresh. $150 per night (off season/non holiday). The ground floor is used by owner(who lives next door)as a Guest Bedroom. The main floor (second)... has a large ocean breezy porch. The shabby chic decor includes an open living, dining, kitchen and a private bedroom and large bath. The third floor, with low eaves, has twin beds and a private bath with a large soaking tub. Parking, beach, perfect doll house with all extras included in the convenient heart of Sea Isle City. Sparkling clean and comfy.

Wonderfully well stocked with beach badges (4), fine linens, ample bath and beach towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, baggies, foil, trash bags and soaps for you, your clothes and the dishes. Books, games, and surprises to delight the most picky renter. This Non-Smoking house is chock full of goodies.
Rock or dine on the porch or daydream in a shady place under a sycamore tree. Top shelf everywhere and sparkling clean all the time.

RESERVATION POLICY... because our property is so unique, the demand often exceeds availability. The home is booked one year in advance. We keep a waiting list of requested weeks. The existing Guests have first request for the same week the following year. This is secured with a $300.deposit. If no request is made within a week of departure, the date is made available to the waiting list. Existing Guests from other weeks are given priority over new Guests on the waiting list.
