Recently upgraded with gorgeous new kitchen including granite counters, custom cabinets, new appliances, plush new carpet and more! This studio ground floor condo has a great location. Just open the lanai doors and stroll out onto the grass to the beach, the pool, the oceanfront barbeque grills. The apartment has a Queen size bed, and a Queen size sofa bed. The unit is completely furnished with everything you'll need, just like the comforts of your own home. Sit out on the lanai and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over azure blue Hawaiian water, or stroll along the beachfront walkway.

Why the Owner Chose The Whaler
The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach is a premier oceanfront location. Right in the middle of famed Kaanapali Beach, it's walking distance to just about anything you could ask for. The weather is great all year round, and the views are awesome. The ocean floor is smooth for swimming, and the people are friendly! And the ground floor location is so convenient!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have an oceanfront swimming pool and new spa, as well as oceanfront gas BBQ grills for your use. There is a weight room, sauna and a nail/massage spa on property, as well as tennis courts. It sits right across the street from the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, and directly next door to Whaler's Village, a shopping area with restaurants, and even a free Whaling Museum. Snorkeling is just a simple 5 minute walk up the beach to Black Rock where you can find colorful fish, sea turtles, and even an eel! You can para-sail, jet-ski, go for a sunset dinner cruise right off the beach. A quick drive up the road will bring you into historic Lahaina Town!
Shopping and Dining Mecca! Everything you could ask for, from designer fashions to McDonald's for the kids! Use the private entry/exit gate from The Whaler into Whaler's Village or walk along the ocean promenade, right next door! Don't miss the free Whaling Museum!
Located at the North end of Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock has some of the best snorkeling anywhere. You can look for the moray eel who lives in the rock, swim with sea turtles, and see thousands of tropical fish. All only a 5 minute walk up the beach from our condo.
You must try the Honokowai Okazuya & Deli located at 3600 Lower Honoapiilani Road # D Lahaina, HI 967617 (808) 665-0512. Delicious Mahi Mahi and Japanese food to go at reasonable prices. So ono-licious!
Local grown vegetables, flowers, baked goods, and produce, with free samples to try! Check with the concierge for opening and closing times.

My family and I have been in the real estate business for decades. My father owned his own Real Estate Company, and is now retired. I am licensed in Real Estate in California. When my father first visited The Whaler, he walked into an Open House and bought our lovely studio condo on the spot! We enjoy vacationing, and offering out our various properties to others around the world to enjoy as well!

The property condo is outdated. Was never informed by owner that there was construction going on at whaler at tower 2 and inside tower 1 . Misled by owner who new of these horiendous conditions. Avoid this property at all costs
Owner response:First off, the condo is not outdated. It was remodeled in 2004 with a completely new kitchen, granite countertops, new carpets, the photos speak for themselves. During this guest's stay, unfortunately there was a plumbing problem not in our unit, but from the unit above which caused an unforseen inconvenience and extra noise. However, he never notified the owner or the local island representative about it until after his stay & he was back home in New York. He also forgets to mention that he left many personal items in the unit, and then requested them to be returned to him which we took care of promptly. We always try to accommodate our guests, but we have to know of the situation as it's occurring.
