Eagles Landing, a new luxury 5 bedroom home in the heart of The Currituck Club of Corolla, NC. Completed in June 2006, Eagles Landing is a professionally decorated home with beautiful views of the #10 fairway and is conveniently located near the resort community pool and fitness center. Eagles Landing was featured in the 2006 Outer Banks Parade of Homes!

Be our guest at Eagles Landing and enjoy your vacation in a large professionally decorated living space with golf course views, private pool, home theater, and a game room with pool table. From our Hunt Club Drive location, it's a short walk to the resort golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, playground and community pools. The complimentary trolley stops in front of the house to take you to the beach access. The Harris Teeter grocery store is just around the corner along with other new retail shops for pizza, subs, coffee, smoothies, ice cream and beach supplies.

The exterior features a large private pool (heated), hot tub, and outdoor shower. The pool deck has a gas grill and all the lounge and outdoor dining furniture that you will need. There is a Bose outside sound system connected to the main interior system with remote control of volume and programs. The trees and shrubs create a setting of natural privacy in your backyard.

The craftsman style interior is based on beautiful natural wood trim and floors with high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, large windows, and granite counter tops. The house interior was professionally decorated by The Urban Cottage of Duck, NC with Coastal Living style of bright colors in nautical and golf themes. The main living area is on the top level with the great room, kitchen, dining area with the kitchen / bar overlooking the great room. The bedrooms are three master suites, twin bed room, and a kids bedroom with two bunks. All bedrooms have patio door access to the exterior decks and pool area.

The large kitchen has everything you will need for preparing, dining, and entertaining. There is table seating for 12 to dine plus a granite top bar with bar stools for just hanging out. There is a full size under counter ice maker. It is stocked with very high quality cooking, dining, and bar ware from Crate & Barrel and Williams Sonoma. The house is equipped with a Culligan water system bringing you sparkling clean water throughout the house.

The house is filled with entertaining amenities like high end electronics and a game room with pool table and foosball. The great room has a home theater with high definition plasma TV and Bose surround sound and is the perfect setting for your evening movie with the family. The game room with pool table leads to the outside pool deck and has a wet bar and mini refrigerator.

Concierge Services:
You are on vacation ... why not have somebody else do the work? Our Concierge will take care of the chores for you. Would you like the refrigerator to be stocked when you arrive? Would you like somebody to buy your groceries while you go to the beach? Would you like a private chef to prepare a meal for you at the house? Would you like daily maid service? Do you need somebody to run errands? The Concierge is on call will take care of it.

  • We stayed at Eagles Landing from 8/1 - 8/8/2009 and had a great time. The house is really beautiful and the owners are really very helpful. All the appliances are top of the line, love the Bose System and you'll never run out of ice. Will definitely recomment this house to friends.

  • We just returned from a week at Eagles Landing and are wishing we were still there. We shared the house with one other family- total of 9 guests- 5 of them were children. The house was fantastic- Paul and Valerie thought of everything. The guys loved the Golf Course. Us ladies love the ease of getting to the beach with the trolley stop at the house and drop off to a valet who carried our items directly to our rented umbrella and chairs- how easy!! The pool and hot tub were highlights for the kids as well as the quick walk to the playground and fitness area with arcade games, bocce ball, sand volleyball, etc. Thank you very much Paul and Valeries- your home was exceptional and we look forward to returning soon!!!

  • We stayed at the Eagles Landing for a week as a family retreat with 3 families. We had kids of 2 , 4, 10 and 17 years old. A total of 10 people stayed at the house. The house has Tivo so we could tape all the kids shows to keep the kids in their routine. They also have WIFI and Movies on Demand with Netflix. The 17 year old got into Star Trek the first season from 1966. The pool table and foosball table kept the older kids occupied. The nice thing about the pool and hot tub is that it has a lot of shade in the afternoon so you don't get baked in the afternoon sun. The pool also has high locking gates so kids can not get inside the pool area without an adult letting them in. The house itself is very family friendly. The dining room table easily sat 12 people (we had a total of 10.) There is extra amenities like an ice maker, blender and coffee grinder. From the utensils to the type of blender this is an upscale house. None of the appliances are low end (they have a Weber Platinum Grill and Jenn Air stove.) The owner is in constant email and text-message contact with you during your stay and otherwise. I never had to wait for a response on anything. The house is a 5 minute walk to the best supermarket in town (Harris Teeter) and 10 min walk to a beach. The main club which is like an 5 minute walk has a playground for kids, tennis courts, bocce, a mini arcade, basketball courts and beach volleyball court. Overall this was a comfortable house and we loved it. It was well worth the money. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back. Dan Wolff

  • We just returned from the perfect vacation made possible by the owners of Eagles Landing. Everyone in our family had been dreaming about spending a week there and it was truly wonderful. Among the many pluses are: spacious well designed rooms, a fantastic kitchen, perfect mattresses, pool and fooseball tables, whirlpool, great lighting, beautiful interior design, swimming pool, walking distance to shopping, shuttle to beach, safe biking and incredible information and attentiveness provided by the owners. We thank them for making it all happen and having a great vacation

  • Our friends and us,two families had a vacation at this great house in the middle of September, 2008. It was more than enough rooms for two families. This was our first trip in outer bank and we really enjoyed it. . The house was really clean and bright; rooms are spacious. . hot tub was really relaxing. . pool table and game table kept us busy and entertaining in the evening. . we caught a lot of crabs. we are considering going back sometime next year.

  • Eagles Landing exceeded our expectations, even before arrival,due to the excellent communication with the owners. We even received a call when the home was ready. (when was the last time that happened). The home was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was a cook's dream. Loved, Loved, Loved the ice maker!! The electronics in this home were great. EVERYTHING in this home is top of the line. It is a great mix of beach and luxury!

  • Our family had a wonderful week at Eagles Landing, Paul & Valerie have thought of everything with this house. The home is beautiful, and has all the amenities you could ask for. We have rented homes in a number of different locations over the years, but this was by far the best experience we've had. The home is in a great location, with all of the shopping essentials close by, but you still have privacy be it inside the house, on the decks, or in the pool & hot tub. We're already thinking about a return trip to introduce this vacation spot to our friends.

  • "Eagles Landing" was everything we would want for our home away from home. Our family had stayed at the owners previous home in Currituck and this home is just as beautiful and inviting.
