Eagles Landing is a new luxury 5 bedroom home in the heart of The Currituck Club of Corolla, NC. The home is professionally decorated home with beautiful views of the #10 fairway and is conveniently located near the resort community pool, tennis courts and fitness center. Eagles Landing was featured in the 2006 Outer Banks Parade of Homes!
Be our guest at Eagles Landing and enjoy your vacation in a large professionally decorated living space with golf course views, private pool, home theater, and a game room with pool table. Enjoy each day at an uncrowded beach with a beautiful oceanfront pool. From our Hunt Club Drive location, it's a short walk to the resort golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, playground and community pools. The Harris Teeter grocery store is just around the corner.

The craftsman style interior is beautiful natural wood trim and floors with high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, large windows, and granite counter tops. The house interior was professionally decorated by The Urban Cottage of Duck, NC with Coastal Living style of bright colors in nautical and golf themes. The main living area is on the top level with the great room, kitchen, dining area with the kitchen / bar overlooking the great room. The bedrooms are three master suites, twin bed room, and a kids bedroom with two bunks. All bedrooms have patio door access to the exterior decks and pool area.
The large kitchen has everything you will need for preparing, dining, and entertaining. There is table seating for 12 to dine plus a granite top bar with bar stools for just hanging out. There is a full size under counter ice maker. It is stocked with very high quality cooking, dining, and bar ware from Crate & Barrel and Williams Sonoma. The house is equipped with a Culligan water system bringing you sparkling clean water throughout the house.
The house is filled with entertaining amenities like high end electronics and a game room with a pool table. The great room has a home theater with high definition plasma TV and Bose surround sound and is the perfect setting for your evening movie with the family. The game room with pool table leads to the outside pool deck and has a wet bar and mini refrigerator.
Top Level (main):
The top level is the main level with the great room, kitchen / bar area, master bedroom, powder room, and the sitting area (ship's watch). This level has very high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and 3 patio doors to the upper deck.
Middle Level
The middle level is the bedroom level with 1 king master, 1 queen master, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 kids bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The twin bedroom and the kids bedroom shares access to a full bathroom which is also accessible from the hallway.
Lower Level
The lower level is primarily the game room with a pool table, tv, wet bar, mini refrigerator. There is also a sitting area with sofa, chairs, and a coffee table. The game room has a patio door access to the outside pool/spa area. There is a built in audio system in the game room with ceiling mounted speakers. There is a laundry room on this level, and there is access to the garage.
Exterior
The exterior features a large private pool (heated), hot tub, and outdoor shower. There is a gas grill, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor audio system. There is a 2 car garage, and there is plenty of room for cars in the garage.
The Beach
Eagles Landing has two beach access options. The Currituck Club Beach Access features a trolley service which will take you from the house to the beach. At the beach center there are people to help you carry your stuff from the trolley to your place on the beach. There are restroom facilities, a snack shack, and chair/umbrella rentals. The new Pine Island Beach Access offers a beautiful oceanfront pool and a very uncrowded beach experience. Pine Island also offers food service and restroom facilities with showers.
Golf Course
The Currituck Club offers 18 holes of championship golf designed by award winning golf course designer, Rees Jones. The course was rated one of the '10 Best New Places You Can Play' by Golf Magazine and in May of 1999 Golf Digest recognized The Currituck Club as one of the 'Top 25 Courses in North Carolina.' There is a pro shop, a grass tee driving range, and PGA instructors. As our guest, you will receive golf privileges, discounted greens fees, and priority tee times at The Currituck Club course.
The Currituck Club
In addition to the golf course at The Currituck Club, there are many recreation facilities in a short walk from the house. There is a large community pool, tennis courts which are lit for night play, a fitness center with game room, basketball, volleyball, and there is a playground. In the summer months there is a weekly pool party with barbecue, and there are kids activities like a movie night at the pool.
Concierge Services
Eagles Landing has concierge services provided by At Your Service. Would you like the refrigerator to be stocked when you arrive? Would you like somebody to buy your groceries while you go to the beach? Would you like a private chef to prepare a meal for you at the house? Would you like daily maid service? Do you need somebody to run errands? The Concierge is on call will take care of it for you.
Who stays at Eagles Landing?
Our summer guests are mostly 2-3 family groups traveling together to share the home for the week. In other seasons, we often have smaller groups or even just a couple enjoying the house and the off season rates.

"Eagles Landing" was everything we would want for our home away from home. Our family had stayed at the owners previous home in Currituck and this home is just as beautiful and inviting. The kitchen and recreation room got plenty of use,along with the beautiful pool/hot tub. Thank you Paul and Valerie (again) for your warm welcome into your home. We had a wonderful visit at Eagles Landing. The house is gorgeous with open floor plan displaying beautiful windows. Everything was beautifully decorated. There were two master bedrooms making it comfortable for our daughter’s entire family to sleep on the floor below us. The first level has an additional family/rec room with pool table. The house is conveniently located on the golf course making it convenient for one of us watch our little 4 month old granddaughter so 3 could play golf. The golf course was well groomed making it a pleasure to play. Afterwards we had fun in the Jacuzzi or pool. Even the little one loved the water. After using rental agencies and being disappointed several times, it was a pleasure to stay here. We’ll be back! What a wonderful time we had as a family gathering near the shore in a safe, warm and beautiful abode. What a great PICK! We had an outstanding time at Eagles Landing and hope to return one day again soon! The owners went to great effort to build a beautiful space on the OBX and we were privileged to have a part in the mix.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eagles Landing. The Fischers were very helpful and they were great to work with. Paul was very prompt answering any questions and made me feel confident that we chose the right house for our family vacation. We would definitely return. The house was beautiful and clean! It had everything we could ask for. We were a family of 12 and never felt like the house was too small. Every day we drove to the uncrowded beach club for the beach and pool, which was wonderful! It was an easy 4 minute ride. Then we would return home in the afternoon and enjoy our pool and hot tub and just relaxing on the decks. The game room downstairs was also a bonus. The kids (ages 13-20) spent many hours playing pool and watching TV at night. Also, having the house in the Currituck Club with all its ammenities was great. The teens were able to walk down to the fitness center and play volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard and cornhole. The house was also an easy walk to the shopping center. This was an excellent property for our family vacation. Enjoyed all of the amenities that were offered as part of the stay. The Pine Island Beach Club amenity was especially worth the stay. Beach was never crowded. We had beautiful weather all week and found ourselves shutting the beach down on several days. Your home met all of our needs. Accommodations were extremely comfortable. Golf at the Currituck Club is a plus and makes it very convenient for the avid golfer. Owner was always available during our stay to answer any questions or concerns. Having Harris Teeter close by made it convenient to have most meals at the home. Close proximity to all attractions and activities available on the north end of OBX, waverunners, lighthouse, off-road, naturewalks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property for future beach vacations. I would definitely consider this property for my next beach week.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family enjoyed two weeks together at this comfortable and upscale home. The home was outfitted with everything our family needed and the bedroom accommodations perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen and family room had a nice setup for cooking and entertaining and the location was close to the main pool and golf. The children enjoyed the pool and lower level with a pool table and our two week stay went by so quickly. Would definitely stay there again and thoroughly enjoyed entertaining our family and relaxing by the pool. Also, having the Harris Teeter close by was great and made it so easy!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This is my second time at Eagle's Landing. Our family had a great week, and as always the house is as beautiful as the first time. The Pine Island Beach Club is also a nice addition, better parking and more private beach. The owners of the house really look after their guests, the last time I was in Eagle's Landing, he promised me martini glasses next time I am in Eagle's Landing. When I checked in Saturday, a box of maritini glasses from Crate & Barel was at the door.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, well maintained and family oriented vacation home, the Eagles Landing is just what you are looking for. The location is close to the beach, has a fabulous golf course on the premises, and the house has all the amenities that you will need. We were fortunate to have perfect weather which only enhanced our stay. This house was perfect for our family for a great, relaxing week on OBX. The bedrooms and baths are spacious, the decor tasteful and fun, and the family room / dining room / kitchen was a perfect space for our family to gather. The Pine Island Beach Club was a real hit. We packed lunches for the beach each day, and then drove the short distance to the club. The beach access at the club is not congested, and the pool and bath facilities are very convenient. Of course, the pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. were all great at the house. The house is very close to the grocery store, pizza, and the restaurants and shops at Tim Buck II. The Fischers also gave very good recommendations as to restaurants, etc. The Fischers are very organized, and so the rental arrangements were a breeze. One of the best, if not the best, vacations that we have had as a family!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I just returned this weekend from an incredible trip to Eagles Landing. The house was more than we expected and absolutely perfect for our vacation. There were 11 guests all together and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, with multiple TV's and deck areas. The large, clean pool and hot tub were amazing and we used both daily. The house was very clean and well maintained. You could really tell that it was a house that was cared for. Paul, the owner, was extremely gracious and informative- providing us with detailed information about the home and surrounding community weeks before our trip so that we could plan well. Throughout the experience, Paul was quick to return emails and happy to answer any questions we had. I really cannot say enough about our stay at Eagles Landing- the personal touches and special perks made this vacation truly special. And the best part- the ICE MACHINE!!! There was a separate ice maker in the kitchen aside from the refrigerator that made perfect cubes for all our happy hour cocktails!! We never ran out of ice as we filled coolers for the beach and had cool beverages!! I miss that already!!! Thanks for giving us a trip to remember!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are the owners of Eagles Landing in The Outer Banks. We have been vacation property owners in Corolla since 2004. We spend a lot of time at our Corolla home throughout the year and have been hosts to hundreds of vacationing guests in recent years. We book and manage our vacation home at a level of excellence that is not possible by any rental agency. We work with great local service providers who maintain the property and prepare the home for your arrival. Our cleaners and maintenance people have been with us for several years, and we know them all by first name. We spend at least a week at the house during the summer, and we make 2 inspection visits to double check on the status of the property. As frequent vacationers in Corolla, we enjoy sharing our knowledge of the area with our guests including activities, dining, and shopping.

We have vacationed in the Outer Banks since 1993, and it was always our dream to own a vacation property in Corolla. We purchased our first Corolla home in 2004 and moved up to our current larger home in 2006.
