Double French Door Entry, Mango Palms - Maui, Hawaii Vacation Rental This vacation rental is 1032 square feet & just two years old. It covers the full first floor of our 2 story home. On site are vegetable, fruit & flower gardens, patio, & 2 picnic tables with 8 chairs. We have wonderful views of the summit of 10,023 ft Haleakala volcano, the West Maui Mts, the north shore of Maui (displaying the great trade wind waves) & the valley between Haleakala & the West Maui Mts. It is a short drive to Haleakala's summit & to world famous swimming & snorkeling beaches, including Ho'okipa, a world championship competition wind surfing, board surfing & kite surfing beach. Storms in the north Pacific Ocean create monster waves up to 50 ft high on Maui's north shore in the winter time. By car, circle Haleakala (visit beautiful Hana & the Seven Pools) & the West Maui Mts. See spinner dolphins & in season see many humpback whales of Maui. Deep sea fishing for marlins, yellowfin tuna, mahi-mahi & other sport fish is available at two marinas on Maui. Stroll the boardwalks of the artistic town of Makawao with fine Italian, Mexican & sushi restaurants, a typical tavern/sports bar, the well known Makawao Steak House, Komoda's famous bakery, unique Rodeo grocery store, art galleries, clothing shops & much more. Drive the upcountry forests of Olinda, walk the pine forest & see the wine & ranch country of Ulupalakua. Try the calm water beaches of Keihi, only 30 minutes away. You will have exclusive use of Mango Palms. There is no shared space. We do not rent the bedrooms to separate guests. We discount the 2 bedroom rate if only 1 bedroom is used (except for a 2-3 night stay). If you use just 1 bedroom for 4-6 nights, the rate is 10% less than the 2 bedroom rate & 15% less for 7 or more nights. The Mango Room has one queen bed, the Palm Room has two twin beds, Mango Palms sleeps a maximum of four. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee. Between 12/16 - 1/3, the rent is 20% higher than the posted rates. We are reluctant to rent it for less than 10 nights during Christmas & New Years; the reservation must include both holidays in the minimum 10 night period. Use 2 Bedrooms (2-3 Nights: $110/Night); (4-6 Nights: $100/Night);
$650/week; $2700/month. Use 1 Bedroom 4-6 Nights: 10% less than 2 Bedroom rate.
Use 1 Bedroom for 7 or more Nights:  15% less than the 2 Bedroom Rate.
Hawaii Taxes: Add 11.416%.  Two Night Minimum Stay.  $75 Cleaning Fee.
Deposit: $100/Reserve & $100/Week. Due within 14 Days of Confirmed Reservation.
Balance Due 30 days prior to start date. No Refund for reservations of 10 or more
nights. For Reservations less than 10 nights, 50% Refund: Cancel 30 or more
days prior to start date. No Refund: Cancel 0-29 days prior to start date.
