Our recently constructed, luxurious, waterfront, two-story, Marco Island home is splashed with color, comfortably decorated, and furnished with excellent amenities. Boaters will love the new dock with a lift and will appreciate the water-direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the southern exposure.
This relaxing vacation home is the ultimate in meeting the needs of couples, families, or a group of friends gathering for a getaway. Spend the winter with us or join us for a week. Vacationers of all ages will make memories come alive here. Empty nesters will appreciate the elegance of the master suite while children or
grandchildren feel at home in the second-floor bunk room. The fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen and wet bar opens into a dining area and cozy family room. Slide the ten-foot glass lanai windows back to experience indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The large screened lanai offers a pool, six-foot spa with spillover, and an outdoor kitchen area with a built-in GE grill and refrigerator.

We built our home so we could enjoy special family time and create memories for our children. We love to fish, golf, ride bikes and play on the beach but our all time favorite past times is watching the dolphins! We are so happy to be able to share our home and our experience with others! We have what they call a mixed marriage in Indiana - I attended Purdue and my husband attended Indiana University! Despite that, we agree that Marco Island is the place to be when we can get away from the Hoosier State. My husband works in the construction industry and I am a writer and photographer as well as a busy Mom with four children! As much as we love all the action here at home, it's a treat to get away from it all!
