The Capitola Oceanside comfortably accommodates 8 adults, with the option to sleep 10 guests if including children, across 4+ bedrooms. The main level features a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, a second master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and a third bedroom with two twin-sized beds and a desk. On the lower level, there is a private suite with a queen bed, a recently remodeled ensuite bathroom, a private oceanfront terrace, and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink. Additionally, there is a kids' room with two twin beds (trundle style). Please note that occupancy is limited to 8 adults.

Guests have access to two off-street parking spaces, including the single-car garage. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly ask that you refrain from parking in front of neighboring properties at all times. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
