The LIGHTHOUSE is one of Gulf Shores newest, luxury condominiums located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance of restaurants and souvenir shops.

This sixth floor, ~1500 sqft, non-smoking, professionally decorated, three bedroom, three bath unit overlooks the pools and provides beautiful views of the beach and gulf. It contains GRANITE counter-tops throughout, new tiled floors throughout. There are two large outdoor pools (one a zero entry), an indoor heated pool, sauna, two hot tubs, exercise room and barbecue grills. New stainless steel appliances were installed Nov 2011.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and has access to the large balcony. The master bath has a large whirlpool tub, separate shower, large granite double vanity, and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining private bath. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with adjoining bath.

About Tim

Tim & Sara purchased this unit as a pre-construction and have rented by owner since the complex was completed in 2006. We are retired and live in the local area and enjoy having the opportunity to meet with some of our guests.

Tim purchased this condo in 2006

Why Tim chose Alabama

We started coming to the area in mis 1970s. We really enjoyed the area and purchased our first condo in 1984. When we had the opportunity to purchase Lighthouse pre-construction we jumped on it knowing that it would be a premier property.

Exceptional condo, very well maintained and very good furnishings!

I had a party of 8 who stayed in this unit from 4/1/17 until 4/8/17. The condo has all the comforts of home! There was plenty of room for 8 of us to enjoy the condo. The furnishings were wonderful, comfortable beds and very nice furniture to relax in on the balcony! Tim and Sara were very easy to work with and made sure our stay was the best it could be! I would definitely rent form Tim and Sara again and hope to do so in the future!

Luxurious apartment

We stayed in unit#615 August 20-27, 2016. The condo was in excellent condition and fully furnished. We had very few problems at Lighthouse. I had problems with Mr remote and learning to use washing machine. My husband and I enjoyed it thoroughly and will request same unit as well as recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Tim and Sara for a wonderful vacation.

Great Stay

If your are looking for a great place at the Lighthouse, this is it. We had two adults and 4 teenagers and there was tons of room available. Great location as its close to everything you need. Tim and Sara are great to deal with and respond quickly with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend.

We love the Lighthouse

Our extended family of 8 stayed the week of Easter as we have at several locations in Gulf Shores for the last 20 years. This condo is unique in that the floor plan offers plenty of room for our entire group. As mentioned before the ice maker is slow for us or maybe we use more ice than most. We only lost hot water one evening but other renters in the complex did also the same time. Could be a problem beyond your control. We did have 3 days of nasty weather also not under your control I surmise. All in all a very nice stay!!!

Great Condo!

Our family of five stayed in Tim and Sara's condo during Spring Break week. The condo was spacious, with plenty of room to even have our friends over for dinner and seat everyone comfortably! The 3B/3Bath option was great for us. My only complaints was that we did run out of hot water on a number of occasions (but that sometimes happens at home too). The keyless entry was wonderful as well - no keys to worry about! The balcony was great and overall we loved the everything about Lighthouse Condos. Tim and Sara were really easy to work with, and even returned something we left in the condo when the next renters found it! We will definitely return!

Spacious, Clean and Perfect Lighthouse Condo!

Our family of 4 stayed in Tim and Sara's condo. The condo is beautifully decorated as well as spacious with a view. Our family enjoyed each having a bedroom and bathroom 3B/3Bath. The balcony provides a great view of the pools, ocean and dolphins. The stairs and elevator are closely located for easy convenience. Having keyless entry is always a plus as well. The ice maker doesn't work well but that is due to the design of the freezer. The initial deposit did take 10 days to return. Tim and Sara had great communication and were a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend staying in this condo. Gulf Shores is such a fun place to visit!
