Prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings please for July and August.

This is a cozy cottage located directly off Route 1 in Ogunquit Maine. It is .67 Miles to the Footbridge Beach And Main beach of Ogunquit. Voted recently as one of the best beaches in America. Enjoy a short walk to local restaurants or take the Trolley to downtown or Perkins Cove with a trolley stop adjacent to property.
Parking is available for one car in driveway that is adjacent to cottage and there are visitor spaces available as well.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a full size bed, both with new mattresses and new linens, which are provided.
There are 2 full bathroom, both provided with towels.
The cottage has been freshly painted and is cleaned weekly.
The kitchen has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is full stocked with all table ware, and pots and pans making it easy to prepare a home cooked meal. Coffee maker available. A propane grill is provided outside for grilling and there is outside seating. Enjoy the option to eat at home or visit one of the many nearby restaurants for local seafood.
The living room has a full size sleep sofa. New LED TV, DVD player and WIFI. There is a dining table with seating for 4.
There are also ceiling fans and Air Conditioning.
Sorry no pets are allowed.
Ogunquit truly is a beautiful place, offering warm New England hospitality , beautiful beaches, fine restaurants and many venues of entertainment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was extremely clean, well-outfitted, welcoming, and comfortable, and we enjoyed the decor. The trolley wasnt running yet, so we were glad we had a car, but there were several good restaurants in walking distance. Andrew was very responsive to questions. Would be happy to stay there again.

Adorable Cottage

This property was perfect for the 4 of us adults. Itā€™s location is in walking distance to Ogunquit shopping and the beach. The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. Canā€™t wait to visit again!

New England Getaway

The cottage afforded us the ability to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We were Drivable/Walkable to downtown Ogunquit. Also, short driving distance to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and OkdOrchard Beach Pier. The kitchen was well stocked & comfortable outdoor seating.

Perfect cottage

My husband and I found this cottage to be clean, well-equipped and furnished, nicely renovated and comfortable. In addition it is only 0.6 mi from town so we could avoid traffic which can be heavy and walk to town for meals, supplies, shopping. Andrew was an excellent host responding to texts shortly and offering help and advice. I highly recommend this cottage for a stay in Ogunquit.

Andrew was a great person to deal with. He answered all of our questions. The area was very convenient to Ogunquit, Wells, Perkins Cove, Kennebunk & New Hampshire. The home was decorated nice and everything was cozy.

This is a little gem.

My cousin and I had a lovely time in this adorable cottage. It had everything we would want. It might be busy in the summer but it was very quiet in October. I would certainly go back again.

Great cottage!

Great cottage! I stayed here for a week with my husband and my two young children. The layout is perfect for the size and the rooms are well furnished. It has a fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and outdoor eating space. The location is great as itā€™s an easy walk to downtown or to the footbridge for access to the beach. Thereā€™s a small store that carries all the basics right down the hill. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Location, Location, Location & Quiet

Just like the online photosā€¦.comfortable, roomy, CLEAN and not lacking any amenities. Andrew has created an inviting place to relax inside or out. Well placed and stylish decor contribute to the relaxing few days. Eastwind is like a little village with surrounding properties kept in excellent condition. Of course, an outstanding dinner at Jonathanā€™s & beautiful weather ended a perfect stay with hopes of a return visit. Kudos Andrew!!

This Charming Beach House Has it All!

From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted! We were a little nervous due to small amount of reviews, but after great communication from Andrew, decided to rent this darling house. It is the beach house from my dreams. Great kitchen - very well stocked. Super clean, cute decor, comfortable sleeping accommodations. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the theatre. The pictures made it look cute, but it's better in person. We couldn't have been happier!

Good proximity to Footbridge Beach

A little too far for a quick walk to town. Cabin was adequate for our needs with the exception of 2nd bed not being made with a top sheet and a stinky comforter. Suggest having a spare blanket as we had a couple cool nights. Definitely needs an outside light. Andrew was good with communication.

This cabin is perfect for two couples and is a bit of a walk from the main downtown restaurants/shops but not bad at all. We enjoyed this cabin and would rent again on. Return visit

Relaxing Getaway

The cottage was quiet, well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay and Andrew was very responsive to questions. Enjoyed walking the beach and Marginal Way, as well as exploring shops in town. Everything we needed was within walking distance.
