La maison arrière récemment rénovée se compose d'une unité de niveau supérieur. Cette unité de 2 chambres dispose de nombreux équipements, notamment: cuisine en acier inoxydable avec lave-vaisselle, canapé / chaise en cuir, ensembles de dinette rétro, laveuse / sécheuse et air climatisé central. Idéalement situé au cœur du village d'Ogunquit. À distance de marche de la belle plage d'Ogunquit, de la voie marginale, de Perkins Cove, des boutiques, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. Idéal pour les familles avec une aire de jeux située de l'autre côté de la rue et un arrêt de tramway à quelques pas.

De plus, le niveau inférieur de la maison arrière est disponible à la location pour 4 personnes (voir la liste des logements à domicile # 949635). This location is a perfect spot to stay in Ogunquit! Everything was a quick walk away, even with a toddler in tow! The listing is exactly what we expected. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as two couples and found the home to be clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Ogunquit. The two bedrooms and single bathroom worked well for our group. We loved being within walking distance of downtown’s many shops and restaurants, as well as a great market where we picked up hand-cut steaks for dinner. Each day we enjoyed strolling along the beautiful Marginal Way, which leads right into charming Perkins Cove. This was an ideal home base for a relaxing and walkable stay in Ogunquit!

Perfect for Us

Property was just as advertised. Everything was clean and ready and there were no problems with check-in or check-out. Best aspect for us was the walkability - to ocean beach, Marginal Way, restaurants and shops.

July Vacation

We have stayed here before and would stay here again. Great location, central to downtown Ogunquit and walking distance to the beach so that you don't have to pay the beach parking. My family had a great time. Owners are always available if needed and were able to accommodate our requests.

Return trip, so much fun!

We enjoyed our stay here so much in 2022 with our 4 month-old that we decided to return in 2023! Our now-16-month-old was able to enjoy more of the neighborhood (playground, patio dining, ice cream) and our memory of the home was as expected or better! We had a perfect mini-trip together, and our rental was comfortable, clean, and just right for our needs. We hope to be back (annually?)!

Will definitely be back

Comfortable, clean, and as close to downtown as you could ask for. Quick access to all the shops and restaurants in town, and a short walk to the beach. Nice yard with two gas grills to do your own cooking rather than going out. Ken is great to work with and responds nearly immediately to any inquiries, couldn't ask for better. Just remember to bring your own hand towels, I always remember the sheets, bath and beach towels, but never remember to bring hand towels with me.

Awesome!!! Just a few suggestions

Love this location, easy to walk to all major hot spots without having to worry about parking and traffic. Asked the host for an additional parking spot so our friends could visit and was able to upgrade our spot to a double for $50, worth it! Very well equipped kitchen and grill was awesome to have. Property manager was very quick to respond and helpful when we needed a spare key one night. We did not use the washer dryer as it had a musty smell so suggest to address that issue. I loved the outdoor seating but wished there was more outdoor lighting to use at night. Maybe even a fire pit…? Front door mechanism was wonky, needs repair but the neighborhood is so safe so it wasn’t a big concern. Overall the place was perfect for us and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and well appointed

This property is centrally located in Ogunquit so that you can walk to everything. Can be a little small if you have more than 3 people in the unit. It was fine for us.The unit has been redone recently and is in excellent condition as is portrayed by the photos. There is only one tv in the living room so if you have people that want to watch different shows that could be an issue. The bedrooms are wired for cable but not sure why they are not used. Also the router for wifi is in the lower unit but we had no issues after the router was reset. One of the gas grills was a bit rusty but I never used it. Overall a nice property in a perfect location!!

Perfect Place for a getaway!

Great little place for the perfect getaway. Great location - within walking distance to the cute town. Owner is very flexible and responsible. A light was out in the kitchen which he fixed within a short period of time. Very responsive to questions. Quiet and you can hear the ocean from there. Beds were comfortable. Everything that was needed..... except one little thing..... Shellfish eating/preparing tools. We bought lobster and there wasn't anything in the place to crack the claws with. We managed with the scissors that was there - but if I had to make any recommendations to the owner - get some claw cracking utensils and maybe a stock pot to cook the lobster in. Luckily the place we bought lobster cooked it for us. Other than that - the place was fantastic! I would stay again!
