Bathrooms
Three bathrooms—one on each level—make group stays more convenient. The upper-level bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, with additional bathrooms on the main and lower levels.


Outdoor Living
The large fully enclosed backyard gives everyone room to enjoy the outdoors—including the pups. Grill dinner on the gas BBQ, dine outside, play seasonal yard games, gather around the gas fire table, or relax beneath the fruit trees. Direct access from the lower-level game room makes the backyard a natural extension of the home.

Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.

• Parking: 2 vehicles (One car in driveway, one parked right behind that car blocking driveway. Parking is tight in this resort area.

• No smoking/vaping
Please note: The lower level is accessed by exterior stairs and is not connected internally to the main living levels.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
