LOCATION is ONLY 1 mile from traffic light #10 Pigeon Forge just off the Parkway where all the activities, restaurants and beautiful gateway to the Smoky Mountains are located. All paved road.

MINUTES FROM: Dollywood, The Island, Splash Mountain, Anakeesta, Soaky Water Park, Pigeon Forge Snow (Inside year round snow tubing), Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg's aerial tram for skiing are just a couple of minutes away. You'd never know it when sitting out on the 3 sided wrap around decks with the mountain views. It feels as if you are way up in the mountain, however you are less than a mile off the main road for easy driving. Nice paved easy road and Parking area for 3 vehicles (MAX).

POOL
The resort offers a 30' X 50' beautiful pool that is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

BEDROOM ON EACH FLOOR
The Master King bedroom upstairs offers a romantic 2 person bed side Jacuzzi,and On-Suite 3/4 bath with walk in shower.
The 2nd King Bedroom is on the main level with Bathroom off from the bedroom entrance. 3rd king bedroom is on the lower level adjacent to 3rd full bathroom.. 4th bedroom is geared for kids with 2 separate twin beds which is furnished with top of the line mattresses suitable for sleeping adults. Each of 4 bedrooms has a TV with fully loaded cable package.

GAME LOFT
The upstairs loft is gorgeous with a full size pool table, Vertical free play ARCADE with over 60 old school games, 40" mounted TV to watch your favorite sports channel. THE KIDS (AND BIG KIDS) LOVE THIS LOFT! SAVES YOU MONEY! There is a futon in the loft as well but linens for futon are not provided. Suitable for a child who wants to be near their parents who sleep in the master bdrm.

LIVING ROOM
The Great room has a large gas stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, sofa for 3, loveseat for 2 and a rocker/recliner. Black Bear decorations and a 55" TV.

KITCHEN
FULLY stocked with equipment needed to prepare any meal. There is a full size crock pot available, and a coffee bar stocked upon arrival. A high top bistro table is on the deck to enjoy your coffee or meals with breathtaking mountain view. The kitchen has huge pristine granite counters and bar/island which seats 3 to enjoy a catch up chat with the designated cook/chef.

DINING ROOM
The Dining Room has a large gorgeous farm style wood table with seating for 8 and additional seating for 2 additional guests at the adjoining kitchen counter/bar.

One corner nook has many hiking poles for you to borrow as well as binoculars, and hiking books and pamphlets about the area. I suggest you get out into the mountain at least once and explore. I recommend Grotto Falls and Laurel Falls for best photo opp. You can walk behind the water fall in Grotto and it's less than 3 mile round trip. (go early) You can play in the waterfalls at Laurel Falls (short hike) You need a parking pass for hiking trail parking. Stop in the Gatlinburg Welcome center to acquire one.

That's hard to truly find. Bring your family together for a few days. They'll talk about the memories for many years and will insist of returning. You may even spot a bear near the cabin as several our guests have. The bear sighting made their trip complete. A Momma and 3 cubs live in the resort. So exciting! (Be sure to remove all food from your vehicles and lock your doors. These are smart bears and can open door handles.)

HOUSE RULES
While these rules are STRICT, OUR PRECIOUS GUESTS WHO ABIDE BY THEM expect to enter a cabin that is exceptionally clean, in great working order, smoke free and pet dander free. These are the SPECIAL guests we aim to please.

• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS for ANY reason. We are allergic. A $500 fine charged to your credit card with immediate Sheriff escorted eviction.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of tobacco, marijuana or vaping or other. $500 FINE charged to your credit card. Fines cover air purifying machine ran for 24 hrs and we refund that next night to our next guests, for 24 hours, professional cleaning of all curtains, drapes, bedding, etc. Triple time paid to housekeepers to prepare for next guests. If you SMOKE, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Remember YOU are responsible for EVERYONE in your party during booking. YOU MUST BE LAST ONE TO LEAVE TO FOLLOW CHECK OUT RULES! Guests have stated, their sister, mom, etc., didnt know the rules of check out and were left to close up. CANCELLATIONS

We provide 100% refund for all reservations cancelled within 60 days. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that guests purchase INSURANCE when booking. Choose the "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance.

• Easy directions given a few days before the check in. Codes will be sent to booking guest on day of check in once cabin has been cleaned and codes have been changed.
