The location is very nice, right on the beach. There are many restaurants a short drive away.The cottage was clean and had most of things needed, you do need to bring your own queen sized sheets, towels, and paper products (there are paper products there, but no replacements). The cottage is very small, especially the bathroom, so be prepared for that.

Relaxation

Location can’t be beat! Although small, this property has everything you need. The sunrises were spectacular. We loved having our coffee/wine on the deck watching the waves. Ideal for couples needing a romantic getaway. Check in was very easy and our hosts were incredibly responsive.

The beach at your feet with a perfect cottage to anchor at. Great walking location around you and has to be warmest water on the cape. We only wished we could stay longer!

A gem in a perfect location

We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!

Accommodations well suited for two adults. The beach is literally on your doorstep. Location to other town resources and highway easy to get to.

The BEST Birthday/Mother's Day Getaway!!

The description is exactly as stated and just as wonderful as it sounds! If you want a little romantic getaway or a little bit of solitude, then this is the place. It has exactly what you need and so much more...the constant sound of the waves were my favorite. You can hear them whether the windows are open or closed so don't let the off season stop you! It was amazing to be able to see the sun and moon rise over the water right from the bed. If it's warm enough for you, take the opportunity to sit out on the beach deck to watch the stars in your pj's..because you can! There wasn't a moment we didn't enjoy and that includes one of those days that I was sick unfortunately. Is there a better place to feel lousy? Dawn was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you again Dawn! We look forward to coming back down!

Loved but new price is insane

Absolutely loved this property. The house was small, clean, and right on the beach. Perfect for 2 people. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I just went to book this place again for next year and the price has been raised to $600 a night. So sad, I wanted to go back but not at that price.

Adorable, romantic, peaceful, exceptional views, ocean steps away. Exactly what it stated online. The only downside is the extremely close proximity to guests staying in either house next door.

Sand and surf by the ocean

Stayed 5 days in Yarmouth by the water. Wasnt bad despite couple days of rain. Small space but cozy. Felt like if you went to bed you would wake up floating on the water was so close to the ocean.

Fantastic cottage

Dawn the host was great and very helpful. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing , you can hear the waves when you are inside the cottage, I didn’t need my sound machine at night to fall asleep to for ocean wave sounds, I got to hear the real ocean waves. I will be booking again for next summer.
