Oceanfront cottage. Private beach and deck directly on Nantucket Sound with spectacular ocean views, . Swim, fish, boat, tan in your sandy back yard. Enjoy free use of our kayaks. Sleeps 2-3. Queen size bed. Sofa chair also opens up into another bed ideal for a child. Full bath, galley kitchen, AC, Cable TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, gas grill. Cottage is available by the week or by the month and weekends off-peak.

Activities a short stroll away include restaurants, icecream, playground beach, rental of water toys including kayaks, jet skis, para-sailing and race boat rides. This property is centrally located waterfront, address #51 south shore drive...enjoy your private beach or stroll down to shops, restaurants and public beaches along south shore drive. Mini golf, waterpark and Pirate Museum also nearby.

The location is very nice, right on the beach. There are many restaurants a short drive away.The cottage was clean and had most of things needed, you do need to bring your own queen sized sheets, towels, and paper products (there are paper products there, but no replacements). The cottage is very small, especially the bathroom, so be prepared for that.

Relaxation

Location can’t be beat! Although small, this property has everything you need. The sunrises were spectacular. We loved having our coffee/wine on the deck watching the waves. Ideal for couples needing a romantic getaway. Check in was very easy and our hosts were incredibly responsive.

Accommodations well suited for two adults. The beach is literally on your doorstep. Location to other town resources and highway easy to get to.

A gem in a perfect location

We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!

Beautiful location can’t be beat!

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn’s! The beach is amazing ! Wonderful to sleep to the waves lulling you. The kitchen was very well equipped to make meals and we thought the mattress was very comfortable. We walked the beach to The Skipper restaurant and had yummy seafood! Want to go back !

We were looking for somewhere that was right on the beach and we could not have asked for a better location! We stayed a few days after visiting Nantucket and it was exactly what we were looking for! Literally on the beach. The home was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there!
