Oceanfront cottage. Private beach and deck directly on Nantucket Sound with spectacular ocean views, . Swim, fish, boat, tan in your sandy back yard. Enjoy free use of our kayaks. Sleeps 2-3. Queen size bed. Sofa chair also opens up into another bed ideal for a child. Full bath, galley kitchen, AC, Cable TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, gas grill. Cottage is available by the week or by the month and weekends off-peak.

Activities a short stroll away include restaurants, icecream, playground beach, rental of water toys including kayaks, jet skis, para-sailing and race boat rides. This property is centrally located waterfront, address #51 south shore drive...enjoy your private beach or stroll down to shops, restaurants and public beaches along south shore drive. Mini golf, waterpark and Pirate Museum also nearby.

This is our 2nd year coming down for mother's day weekend and has become our little slice of heaven. The inside of this cottage is always so clean, airy and bright. The vaulted ceiling really opens it up. Both years the weather was pretty raw and rainy most of the time... but it doesn't even matter. No matter where you are in that precious little cottage, you can see the ocean since you're literally on the beach. Dawn is wonderful to work with and so responsive. There's everything that you need as far as appliances (including a 2 burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, keurig and spacious mini fridge), pillows, blankets, free Wi-Fi and smart TV. There's room to sleep up to 3 and the Murphy bed is simple to use. This is great if you're looking for a cozy and romantic getaway! Thanks again Dawn!

The location is very nice, right on the beach. There are many restaurants a short drive away.The cottage was clean and had most of things needed, you do need to bring your own queen sized sheets, towels, and paper products (there are paper products there, but no replacements). The cottage is very small, especially the bathroom, so be prepared for that.

We loved the unit. Quaint and cozy cabin. Amazing water views and ocean smell fill the space. Strongly recommended for a quiet beach getaway!

Beach lover’s spot!

The location was key for this tiny cottage. We absolutely loved the view morning, noon, and night. Perfect for a short, relaxing beach getaway!

We have been enjoying Cape Cod since we were children. We have five children that also love Cape Cod. It's a beautiful spot, panoramic water views, true oceanfront gem, with private sandy beach and private deck. Stroll to restaurants or playground. Lots of summer fun!!
