At Las Brisas 306, you can enjoy the best parts of beach-front living. The living room is bright and spacious, with an overstuffed couch, loveseat, and armchair. Not a great experience
Though the location was great the condo not so much. Upon arrival the main living area was OK, but dated, the sliding door to the balcony does not open all the way and is difficult to close once it’s opened.The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced ... The mattress is horrible. The ones in the 2nd guest room aren’t much better. The Master bathroom also has issues... the worst being the mold in the grout of the shower. I ended up getting tilex and spraying the shower down before using it. Not the best housekeepers cleaning this condo. Spending 2 weeks and having multiple issues including maintenance issues with slow response is not my idea of a relaxing vacation. I think the unit owner might want to visit the property to perhaps make some updates or lower the rental fees if they are not willing to invest in the condo.

not the best for the price
the elevator was out for three days and we were on the third floor i had just had back surgery and my friend had open heart surgery. the sliding doors were horrible and loud had to fight to open. the blinds needed replacing the twin beds were hard as a rock our parking spot kept getting taken and we had a large suv the patio furniture was needing to be redone and the carpet was filthy we probably will not go back there but really liked the whole area was a lot to do and see didnt have enough time to see it all

Loved the location. Right on the beach with miles of beach to walk. Was able to watch dolphins swimming by on several occasions. Only a little over a mile to John's Pass Village which has plenty of shops and waterfront restaurants. Condo was clean and roomy enough for all of us. Cushions on balcony furniture need to be replaced as they are worn and torn in spots. Could add a pizza cutter to the kitchen utensils. Would definitely rent again.
Really needs some deep cleaning and updating.
We did enjoy our stay, but I will address some concerns. The carpet in the living room really needs pulled out and replaced with tile. It was dirty and had several stains on it, especially in front of the sofa. I wouldn't even walk bare-foot on it. Also, the sofa needs to be replaced badly. It is broken down on the left side and so dirty. I covered it with a sheet to sit on it. The kitchen cabinets need a good, deep cleaning. Around the handles were very dirty. I think for the amount of money you charge your guests, we/they deserve much better. It would not take much TLC to make that a nice condo. The lock box is very hard to deal with. The instructions on how to open were not clear at all, so we had to spend awhile trying to open it. All this information is for constructive criticisms, not just to rant. Hope you take it seriously. Below average than our expectations for the price paid
The front bedroom bed by the deck was terrible. The water was cold. The elevator broke. The pool water was to cold to swim on some days.
