O "Reef" é uma casa flutuante de 50 ', recém-construída, ancorada em Badgers Island Marina, localizada em Kittery, ME, no rio Piscataqua.

A casa flutuante possui uma cama queen-size em ambos os quartos, bem como um sofá-cama. O banho mestre tem uma cabeça e pia enquanto o banho principal tem um chuveiro, cabeça e pia. A Galley apresenta uma geladeira, uma pia e um fogão, bem como uma cafeteira Keurig, torradeira, panelas, panelas e um conjunto completo de louças / utensílios.


Também na Galley é um dinette com capacidade para 4, bem como o bartop que tem capacidade para 2.

No salão está um sofá-cama queen, 32 "TV de tela plana e alto-falante Bluetooth.

Em cima da casa flutuante é um belo deck exterior onde você pode desfrutar da sua visão do rio enquanto janta na mesa do pátio que oferece assentos para 4.

No local na marina encontra-se uma instalação de banheiro com 2 banheiros completos, 1 lavabo e unidades de lavagem e secadora operadas com moedas.

No píer da marina há uma grelha de tamanho completo, mesas de piquenique, cadeiras Adirondack, etc ...

O gelo está disponível para compra e há estacionamento gratuito.

The location was excellent - walking distance to Kittery and Portsmouth. The property is well maintained. The roof deck provided excellent views of sunrises and sunsets. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend.

This was my third year staying on a houseboat of Suzanne's and I can't wait to return next year! The Reef is perfect! It's layout and size is perfect for me, but it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so four could stay there comfortably as well. There are four places to sit and eat and a nice big comfortabke couch and one comfy chair in the living room area for hanging out, watching TV/streaming. The wifi is very strong. The boat was spotless and there were plenty of towels, T.P., soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The shower is very good size with plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. The gentle swaying of the boat at night is wonderful for a restful sleep. The top deck is THE place to hang out and watch the boats come and go with the bridge going up for the taller ships. So cool the engineering of it all. The deck chaises are comfy and if you want shade you can sit under the umbrella at the table. The stern deck is also lovely to sit and have your coffee on. I loved watching and listening to the terns and cormorants. The Reef is a fantastic homebase for exploring the area in New Hampshire and Maine. So much to see and do! It's breaktakingly beautiful! Suzanne is an excellent host! I highly recommend Reef for a quiet, fun and unique getaway! The marina is small and very quiet at night with only 1 other houseboat. You basically have the whole place to yourself, amazing!

Exceeded our expectations! 4 of us (adults) stayed on this beautiful houseboat for 3 nights. Amazing location and views, and surprisingly quiet. The boat is spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful, especially the upper deck!

Staying on the boat is extremely enjoyable, marina is well maintained, personal are knowledgeable and friendly. Portsmouth and Kittery have the best of everything restaurants , shopping etc. Rye beach and York Beach a short drive away. We will be back.

Houseboat Heaven!

My kids, husband and I loved staying here. The boat was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location can’t be beat. Sitting on the top deck in the evening was lovely. The Badger Island Marina staff are beyond friendly and wonderful. We loved every single thing about our stay.

The boat was fully equipped with everything that is needed for a weekend event. Loved the area for our first time house boat experience. We had a problem with the electricity and heat which required us to reach out to the emergency text number that was provided. No one got back to us so the night and morning was a bit chilly. The overall experience, we will return!!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Reef. The houseboat was amazing; it was clean, spacious and well furnished. The time spent on the top deck was splendid. The location is perfect being close to both Kittery and Portsmouth. We are already talking about our next stay in the future.
