Desde la piscina privada y el spa hasta la sala de ejercicios y el teatro, vivirás la vida de lujo. El primer piso es el hogar de la sala de estar principal. En la sala de estar, tres sofás de cuero dan a la piscina privada y ofrecen vistas panorámicas del golfo. La cocina está equipada con electrodom��sticos de primera línea que incluyen una estufa de cinco quemadores de gas, un horno de doble convección y encimeras de mármol blanco. Reúna a la familia para cenar en la mesa del comedor con capacidad para diez. Completando el primer piso se encuentra un dormitorio con cama King, TV de pantalla plana, acceso privado desde el balcón a la piscina y un baño extraordinario que se completa con una ducha independiente y un bidé.

Sube por la escalera de caracol que te deja boquiabierto y encuentra dos habitaciones King más, cada una con baño privado y acceso al balcón. El teatro est�� amueblado con seis sillas grandes de cuero y un televisor de pantalla plana para su disfrute.

¡Los balcones del tercer piso ofrecen las mejores vistas de la casa! Dos habitaciones king comparten el balcón y cada una tiene su propio baño privado. Los dos últimos dormitorios tienen la forma de una habitación con literas con una cama litera de dos camas Queen y una cama doble y una habitación doble con dos camas individuales. On the beach with beautiful view!

Wonderful home! Slept 10 adults, two toddlers, and triplets! Pool was so nice! Balconies for everyone!!! Only issue was the air was hard to keep stable on bottom floor! Small living space and dining room only held 6 people for an eight bedroom house? Location was perfect!

Property was as advertised. Everyone was happy with separate rooms and baths for 6 adults (no spouse trip). Kitchen was well equipped albeit lacking organization. Some basics I expected to find were not there - salt, pepper and coffee filters would have been nice. All are sold at nearby convenience stores. It took a minute to get used to headlights approaching house at intersection. Blinds on front windows? The great room furnishings were spartan but adequate. Roku TVs all around were appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and distance to beach is "as close as it gets." Beach chairs included were a bonus. The view at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Minor issues aside, I would go back and stay again tomorrow.

Don't believe the pictures or description

So hard to pick a place to start. NO CABLE! YOU HAVE TO LOGIN TO YOUR OWN STREAMING SERVICES! There is a homeless man living in the space underneath the house. There are plenty of bedrooms, but NO living space. For all of the people this place houses, there is NO WHERE FOR ANYONE TO VISIT. Kitchen? Nope. Den? Nope. Out back?? Filthy! Nope! Guess where?? --->> Your bedroom. That's where I spent my vacation - beach or bedroom. Coffee pot was filthy (had to buy my own). Master bedroom was not a master bedroom. Master bedroom had no tub, a bidet (waste of space), and no dual sinks. Dining room had a table that was wobbly and missing screws. You could barely squeeze past the table to get into the room. The elevator didn't work so some of the guests had to walk up 3 stories. Parking is in the middle of a three way intersection to which cars at the intersection never let you in or out. We had to wait an hour past our check in time because the cleaning people were still cleaning. Then when we checked in, the place was STILL filthy. The grill had never been cleaned. When we tried to use it, it caught fire from all of the grease. An overall rating of 2 is generous. The only reason I am giving it a 2 is because it was on the beach and we had plenty of pantry space.

Great location!

The location sells this house 100 percent! House did have some minor issues. I was disappointed when you walked in the living room and the ceiling had a crack in it. I would think the owners would be on top of repairs for the price of the house. The dishwasher did not work. So we hand washed dishes during our stay. No big deal! The master bedroom bathroom on the main level was really silly. One single sink but you had a bidet though! Totally needs 2 sinks and remove the bidet!! The master shower door handle was broke and the toilet rocked when you sat on it. On the 5th day we came back to the house and we noticed in the movie room had water on the floor and looked up to a very large area of the ceiling coming down. The room above we thought maybe the toilet was leaking. I called the management company and while I was on the phone with them we realized the air conditioner unit on the 3rd floor was the problem. So they sent someone to fix it and around 11 pm they got it fixed. This house is nice but it needs some TLC!! Other areas the sliding doors in the living room were also broke. Better signage for parking as we had to keep a watch on the driveway as many thought they could park their carts in the driveway. The main beach access is next to this house by the way! Overall I would rate this house a 7 for the price and condition. . I don’t know who is responsible for looking at these homes for the management company but it needs a better system I think!

Great location and view of the beach and ocean.

The house was beautiful. The pool needs some cleaning around the inside edges and the outside patio could use a good pressure washing. The grill needs ignitor fixed, issues starting the grill and turning it off. Alarms go off on some sliding doors when one side is open (not left open, just opening it). 2nd level AC couldn't be adjusted and second level king size bedroom there is a screw sticking up at the end of the bed near the middle area.

Almost perfect!

We had a wonderful time! Property was clean, in good location, access to beach was PERFECT! Only cons were …and I’m just being picky for the price we paid, didn’t make or break our trip…. -not allowing pool (mainly hot tub) to be heated, was told it wasn’t even an option although check in directions say to contact company to do so and what cost would be. Hot tubs should be hot… -Also, we had to chase MANY people off the driveway, as they were trying to park cars and golf carts there! A little frustrating but not really anyone’s fault. -hot water was a bit spotty. Showers were fine, all other faucets just took time to heat up. -not that we would have used it, but the workout room should be removed from the listing, as there is not one. It was an amazing trip. None of the above cons would keep me from re-listing the same property, because I certainly would in a heartbeat!!

We all enjoyed the property. Beautiful location. Well equipped to meet everyone’s needs. Accessible with the elevator for my father who has mobility issues. Enjoyed to movie room on rainy days and evenings. Pool was perfect temperature.

No hot water for 3 day’s

We went 3 day’s without hot water! I requested a refund for those day’s and received NO compensation! I would NOT recommend this company for this reason! I let the property manager know exactly what I expected as compensation.

Loved the location & amenities

This house was perfect for a girls trip, we had 13 ladies enjoy their stay. The pictures made the pool look much bigger but we thoroughly enjoyed the pool except for the fact that it turned my blonde hair blue. The chemicals in the pool need to be adjusted. The water temperature on this property needs to be tended to. The water would go from hot to freezing back to hot and back to freezing every 2 minutes or so for all of the guest showers. I would not recommend this property for A bunch of small children due to the wooden staircase going to the top floor. The only bedroom downstairs is the master. The TVs upstairs were not working right and the sliding door was not able to shut all the way several times during our stay. The chairs in the theater room would not recline. We absolutely loved the location and all of the amenities. Really liked that it directly across from Alvins island for any beach items that you may need. It is a great house but when the things fixed above are corrected it will be perfect.

Amazing property right on the beach

Location! On the beach! Pool! TV room! Work out room! Rooms for everyone! Beautiful home. Would have appreciated more amenities for the price-like beach towels and cleaning supplies. (We ended up buying a broom, a crockpot, cleaning supplies and left them.) Not as pristine as photo but would highly recommend!

Frangista Beach

We had a couple of issues that were handled, i.e. no shower curtain, elevator issue and problem with washer mildew. We would stay here again but only if the frontload washer was replaced. Even with bleach, you cannot get rid of the mildew smell if you are hanging clothes to dry. I had to wash items by hand.

Stunning property ON the beach

This house is simply gorgeous. It is so close to the ocean that you feel like the water is in your living room. You sleep to the sound of waves. An elevator is an added bonus for mobility to the third level bedrooms. I would definitely rent this house again.

Patel Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. The location of this house is perfect. It's conveniently located right on the beach, and a short drive to the Destin outlets and the Destin Commons. Bicycles and beach equipment are included, which is great. I highly recommend this house! However, the house needs some updates: 1) The door locks to the balconies on the ground and 2nd floor require some effort to lock. ********On our 2nd night before we all went to sleep (around midnight), we walked out of the dining room and found a drunk man sleeping on our couch in the living room. He managed to access our house from the beach, pulled a sliding door open that we thought was locked, and made himself comfortable in a our house. Luckily, we were able to wake him and he left — so the house needs better security or a camera system as it is right next to the main beach access.******** 2) The elevator does not align with the floor on the 3rd floor (my cousin tripped and almost fell) 3) This house needs an actual pool skimmer for the bugs. We resorted to using the included beach toy nets. 4) None of the exercise equipment works, and the ceiling fans have remotes which do not work. 5) The theater room's television cable box does not work. Luckily, I brought an Amazon Fire Stick. 6) The grill on the balcony and in the cabinet underneath requires serious cleaning 7) The washing machine smells horrible and needs servicing. 8) Bedroom doors and the beach access gate get stuck on protruding tiles 9) The left room on the 3rd floor has an issue with bugs. Sink and tub were full of them when we arrived. They kept coming in throughout the stay even with doors being closed all day. Although there are some adjustments to be made, we definitely plan on staying at this house again!

Picture Perfect

We had a family reunion at Sanctuary at Frangista Beach. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect. Not only was it right on the beach, but there was a CVS, Alvins, and liquor store on the same road (quick bike ride) and grocery stores nearby (although we used Instacart for delivery). The house also came with beach umbrellas and chairs, which was so nice! The people staying on the 3rd floor loved the elevator. The management staff was super nice. Loved it!

Family Vacation

The house is situated on the beach which was nice and convenient! Rooms were spacious. All incidents were reported and the FiveStarProperties crew responded in a timely manner. House was not thoroughly cleaned. The theatre room had food crumbs all over the floors! It was filthy. We had to vaccuum. The bunk room beds broke each night! Not sturdy. Glass sliding door was broken. Microwave broke. Fridge drawers fell out. Floors were not swept or mopped well.

The property was fantastic, the house was gorgeous and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The clothes dryer did not work and it took all week for the property management folks to get it repaired. We packed fewer cloths thinking we could was our clothes at night. It also causes some issues trying to keep bath and beach towels clean. Overall a great experience
