Please Note: Approval of renters is a formality required by the Homeowners Association ($100 application fee for US/$150 for non-U.S). The application form says 30-days' notice is required, but the process actually takes about 14 days. The application is designed for annual residency, and is more detailed than necessary for short-term vacationers. So if you have any concerns about the form, please contact the owner. Application must be emailed to the owner before submission to the HOA's management company.
