Best views of Dillion Beach by far.

The home was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect size for my group. I would recommend. I have already referred some friends and family to check it out. The wildlife was everywhere. Rabbits, foxes, hawks, osprey, and black tail deer. It was peaceful and serene. The beach wasn't crowded. The people in the community were very nice. Hope to go back soon. Fun! Fun!

The house is exactly as the photos show! We loved the amazing view of the beach!

This home was really comfortable and provided a great weekend retreat for my friends and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the views from every room, the game table and ping pong and the spa on the deck! The only things we could have asked for would be extra paper towels and kleenex. We had to go out and buy more of those. We were glad we brought some chairs to enjoy the deck—but it does get very windy up there!

Beautiful view.

The view was wonderful and the dining room and living room are open and spacious. The roads to the house are very curvy and at night it is foggy and windy. The house needed to be dusted and there were spiders/spider webs in the corners of the living room, bedrooms and dining area. The master bathroom has a large oval window and when you walk to the front door or if the neighbors look through their window they can see the toilet and shower area through the oval window. There was only one towel per person and two kitchen towels. If you rent you will have to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, saran wrap, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, dishwashing soap, clothes detergent, and tupperware bowls. If you are traveling to San Francisco, Pateluma or any other vacation/tourist attraction area you will need to allow time for the drive and expect the the roads to be long and curvy.

Anyone that has stayed in Dillon Beach understands that the coastal town has a few miles of scenic driving (approximately 7 miles from Highway One). The home does have high vaulted ceilings and the cleaning crew might of missed taking down a couple of spider webs, it is difficult to see during the daytime our apologies for the spider web in the ceiling. The entire home was cleaned professionally prior to your arrival. The master bathroom does have a large window however there is an exterior fence blocking anyone from looking inside the bathroom. We certainly don't agree with your comment about the toilet paper , paper towels, dishwashing soap, aluminum foil, we provide all of these items for our guests and they were provided during your stay in the home, we have checked our walk through records prior to your arrival. IF there was anything else you needed or you ran out of during your stay; the contact information for the property manager is located in the booklet provided for you. The property manager would of been glad to bring you whatever it was you needed or ran out of during your stay since he lives just right down the street from this home. There is a land line phone provided for our guests at the house to make any type of call in the event your cell phone was not working. Breathtaking views from a Phenomenal Home!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! We only wish we could have stayed longer! The home was beautiful, spacious and stocked extremely well. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of room. I have already recommended this home to a friend of mine for an upcoming trip and we hope to return in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

beautiful Dillon beach home

We loved our stay in Dillon beach, the house was beautiful with a spectacular view. The beds were comfy and the hot tub on the deck was great! The dishwasher did not work during our stay. We let the house manager know but he was unable to come fix it during our stay so we had to do dishes by hand during our stay. A few notes for future renters: bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided in each of the two bathrooms for 8 people on a three day weekend, and only one roll of paper towels. Also there was no saran wrap or aluminum foil, so bringing your own would be a good idea. We were only provided with one towel each so we had to use our bathing towels for the hot tub as well, which was not ideal. Despite this, we had an amazing time, just wanted future renters to be aware that you might need to bring along a few more things!

amazing location, clean, comfortable and modern

Everything just as you would most want it. Clean, good location, easy parking and modern. A terrific house for a our small group, everyone had their own space and communal spaces had good flow, letting us all be together to hang out. And the views were awesome!!
