Superb location

Loved direct access to the beach and how close it was to shopping, restaurants, two bedrooms, screened in porch at the back. The shower exterior needs attention due to rust, interior was great. Would definitely book again, great management company and customer service

Snow Birds for a Week

It was very nice! Easy to rent, communications were timely and informative. May want to add a coffee pot of some sort. Other than that it was very nice, loved that we could hear and see the ocean and that it was just a short walk from the back door.

On the beach

Great location on the beach and walking distance to shopping and trolley stop. Unit needs a good cleaning and upgrade of appliances, and mattress replacement. Management responsiveness was very good.

Great, perfect location - Not so great interior

The grounds and access to the beach were so great. Super convenient location to the grocery store and places to see both north and south on the island. You can tell they have updated some of the interior, but there are parts that still really need updated (the bathroom shower, mattresses and dresser smell). It was a Duplex, but we must have had great neighbors. It feels like we had the place to ourselves. Very nice having a grill and place to eat outside.

100 steps to the Beach!!!!!!

beach was so nice and beautiful, quiet neighbors, house could use some upgrading, and I didnt have a broom in my rental. ugh sand. Called for a coffee pot as none was there. Quick response from vacasa had one the next morning. and yes i would rent again! from these homeowners and vacasa.

Don't expect much if you book this property.

Although fairly clean and in a good location to the beach and surrounding areas, this rental property is very no frills. It is lacking some very fundamental things you would expect at a rental house, especially one at the beach. Kitchen is very small, lacking things like a coffee maker. Very few dishes and silverware. The house offers nothing for the beach other than a private walkway t the sand. No umbrella, toys, chairs, wagon to pull your stuff that you had to bring or buy to use. Bathroom is small, shower door is very wonky, and the hot water lasts about 4-5 mins so don't expect to be able to take showers back-to-back or for any length. No extra blankets for the small bedrooms. Location wise - it is close to a lot of things: restaurants, shopping, etc. Beach is very nice...not too many shells so easy walking.

Great beach access

The house has great and easy beach access. Also enjoyed the one level living. Could use some upgrading on a few things. There was only 4 forks, the main bed has a hole in the middle, cookware is limited, and the side chair in the living room is broken down. With that being said, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

The place was fairly small, but it didn't matter because we were hardly there! The beach is steps and it's beautiful. Lots of everything you need close by too. We will go back again!

Loved the location

The little house was nice. The toilet seat was cracked and I called and it was fixed right away. A couple internet and tv issues but resolved quickly. Overall nice place to stay.

Summer 2021

This property was perfectly located on the beach! The kids loved the easy access to the water. Anna Maria island is quiet and we loved being out of the hustle of a touristy town. Only wished they had some basic cooking supplies. We have rented a lot of VRBOs and never have I had to purchase every single thing. (Salt, pepper, Tupperware, spices, etc)

Location is Amazing, but....

The location of this property is amazing. The unit is perfect for a couple or a family of four due the one shared bathroom. We had an AC issue and our Vacasa Associate, Dawn, was amazing! She is the type of Associate who will make Vacasa successful. On the to housekeeping side the entire unit needs to be deep cleaned and the screened porch needs to be pressure washed.

Incredibly dirty. No response from Vacassa

We’ve rented on AMI for years and wanted a beach front location. The house is wonderfully located, quaint and walkable to a strip mall with ice cream...but that’s the end of the good. We arrived about 30 min early, checked and the house was unlocked. Upon entry it was clear the place had not been cleaned and likely had a large fraternity before us. Mind you, this is a two bedroom. We washed the comforters which were covered in sand and stains. Gross, gross, gross... We ended up washing everything and considered buying new sheets. I just can’t express how disgusting this place is. Great location.

Lacked attention to customer service

We loved the location. Cute little place, would be a very tight squeeze for 6 people. Wifi was horrible and we kept being told a tech was coming, never showed for 3 days. My son had school work to do. I let them know about fridge leaking but no response. Dishwasher and washing machine are very loud. Beds and pillows were comfy and we slept well. Not many amenities like beach chairs, cooler, or even any plastic cups to use outside or at the beach.

Great place to stay right on the beach,

My family stayed for 7 days the week after Labor Day 12th - 19th 2020. Right as Tropical storm Sally was going by Lol, but had beautiful weather a few days after we got there. Very clean. Beautiful beach with white sands right off the back yard. All the beds we clean but very uncomfortable for lengthy stay like we did. Owner needS to spend the money on good soft nice hotel beds and it would have been perfect. But if your staying for weekend, it’s fine. We rented a golf cart for the week took us anywhere we needed. They are street legal there. Great food nearby, grocery store, dollar store and shopping just around the corner. Washer and dryer in unit, was nice to have handy. We ate in as well. Cooked meals. Full Kitchen has pots pans glasses silver wear coffee pot etc. Highly recommend, but highly recommend owners get new beds.
