Property was well maintained and very clean. The location and proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants was amazing. Property manager was very responsive and provided everything that was possibly needed for a comfortable stay!

Paradise Escape

Fantastic property

This property was sparkling clean, excellently located on the island and within walking distance to Holmes Beach/public beach, the grocery store and other amenities. A 20 minute ride any direction took you to great restaurants

Relaxing Weekend at the Beach

I enjoyed my stay during the slow time of year when the gulf is still warm enough to swim in. Even though I was only on the island two days It was so relaxing it felt like a week. The pool was divine and I had it all to myself! The property was very nice and so close to the beach.

Great place, close to beach!

Had a wonderful time. Place is just like described. We also met some great people in the pool area during our stay. The only draw back is no storage for foldable clothes (they did have about a dozen hangers and a wall mount hook to hang things). It would be great if they replaced the night stands in the bedroom and the accent table in the family room with something that had drawers. Other than that the place is great!!

Cute coastal cottage

Our stay was a last minute stay for the Memorial Day weekend. Availability was sparse and this was one of the only properties that were left but we liked the decor and location. Upon arrival, we were pleased with everything and our only two complaints were that some kitchen items were missing - cookie sheet for frozen pizza - and the lack of lighting in the living room with no lamp on the end table. Not big issues but seemingly common sense. Also, my sister and her family rented a 3 bedroom, pool house right next to the beach for $2500/week and we spent $

Excellent Small Home steps from the BEACH!

We visit the island once a year and this time it was perfect! This home is barely minutes from the most beautiful beach! It has an amazing shared court yard area with a beautiful setup and pool. Everything was very clean and made our stay perfect. Our only downfall may of been the lack of any seasonings or salt/pepper. Most places we visit provide these or at the very least leave what previous visitors purchase. We don’t mind buying and leaving, but at the same time there really isn’t space to have a stock of extra items. The second thing is that you will need to be okay with living out of your bags as there’s no where to unpack. Overall perfect stay and will be back!

Great location, cute place

Super cute place! Beautiful tropical landscape, loved the interior and exterior designs. Very modern Design, loved the backyard and pool. Nice appliances, full size fridge and great water pressure. Two blocks and a short walk to the beach, such a good experience. The only negatives would be there is literally not a single place to store food or your suitcases. You need built in extra storage shelf in the living room, bed room and bathroom. All rooms need creative storage solutions really bad. Couch could use a cleaning and the mattresses are needing replacement or turning. Other than that, we loved the area! Very pretty place to stay! Crystal clear water!

Perfect Little Tiny Cottage

We felt like we were in a little beach cottage. The place was spotless, modern and so very cute! The location is perfect and the pool was nice too! Even though it’s a shared pool , it was always clean and never crowded. There’s also a drying rack and washer and dryer which came in handy a few times. The only downfall is there really wasn’t a convenient place to put our luggage or clothes, but we knew this when we made our reservation and made it work. I also thought it was strange that the property didn’t have a broom. It’s impossible to not track in sand when coming in from the beach, so I bought a $10 broom and dust pan set. I hope they keep it there for future renters. Overall, a great experience and I would rent here again.

Perfect for Couples Retreat

This quaint property is close to everything, shopping, BEACH, Sunsets, Pool, Parking, EVERYTHING! Inside is very well decorated, has everything you need, very clean, comfortable and is ready to go. The check-in process and communication are perfect, one of the best I have encountered thus far using any home rental. The price was great for a weeknight. I highly recommend for couples get-away. Not a lot of places to store your clothes, no drawers or closets, just a few hangers, but for a few days at the beach I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for the property!

Spring break

My girls and I had a great stay. Location was perfect, check-in and check out was easy. The access to the pool was nice for a break from the ocean. Quick walk to the beach and to stores etc. The space was clean and decorated nicely. A little worn in spots, but expected for a rental space. The only negative was the lack of storage for clothes and food. Adding some shelves or door hangers with shelves would be helpful. I’m sure there could be creative ways to accommodate this. Overall, a great stay.

Weekend Getaway

The property is super cute. The kitchen is a bit overkill since there isn't a pantry, but we loved the vibe of the backyard grounds and pool along with the short walk to the beach. The washer & dryer in the unit were fabulous!

Island West

Great location to a beautiful wide white sand beach, really nice salt water pool. Deck was nice with plenty of areas to lounge. Room was clean and decorated really nice. Great place to totally relax. Would recommend for a couple looking for a quick getaway.
