Walk the beach for miles! Vacation condo located at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6 (with pullout sofa), full kitchen, AC, and dining area that seats 6. Unit is on 3rd floor with lagoon view from balcony (no elevator). A few minute walk to on-site beach, bars, restaurants and the largest pool on Hilton Head. Other resort amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym, laundry facilities, on-site bike rental.

Spring break getaway

The condo was as described. The walk to the beach is really easy and the hosts were great at answering any questions. It was a great trip.

Good Family Vacation

Overall this is a good unit with everything you need to have a nice family vacation. Surrounding area is very nice and the beach is a 10 minute walk through the complex… but there was plenty of parking to just take the kids in the van and walk right on to the board walk. It was too cold for the pool, but it was a very nice pool. A couple of items I overlooked on the listing that would probably have me pick another place next time were that there is no washer and dryer inside the unit and it is on the third floor without an elevator. Not a huge deal, I just overlooked it on the listing. May not be a big deal at all to others, but with kids we are generally washing a lot of clothes on vacation, so that would be nice. Overall a great place and very clean.

Peaceful Retreat

We had the most wonderful time in Hilton Head. The condo was very spacious and very clean. We just loved our visit and cannot wait to return.

We live in Green Bay, WI and love the summers here but don't love the long, cold winters. To get some warmth throughout the year, we needed to find a second home somewhere in the south. We have busy careers and wanted a place to just relax. We visited Hilton Head Island and fell in love with the natural beauty and the relaxing tranquility.

Why they chose this property

We love Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort! We looked at several properties on the island and knew we wanted a resort located right on the beach with amenities that this resort offered. You can walk the beach for miles and it's very wide so even when the beach is busy, there is plenty of room. The pool, beach bar and restaurant are located right off the beach boardwalk so everything is in close proximity. You can pack your beach bag for the day and be set!

What makes this property unique

If you want to be active outside of the beach and pool, there is plenty to do within the resort. There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground for the little ones, bike rental, and a walking path right outside the resort. If you like to watch sports, Coconutz Sports Bar is on property with lots of tv's and good food (their wings are famous).
