You will not be disappointed when you rent this townhouse…it has everything you need to have an amazing experience in Clearwater Beach including:
1. Spacious Townhouse - 3000 square foot townhouse with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation including your own private elevator
2. Amazing Amenities – Heated pool, large rooftop terrace, and everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach. In addition, we have tried to think of everything you will need inside the townhouse for you to enjoy your vacation. You should have everything you need (and maybe even more).
3. Spectacular Location – It is located on the turquoise blue Intracoastal Waterway and is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. If you love fishing, you can fish right off of the pier in front of our house!

Spacious Townhouse

First floor:
o Oversized Garage - You will find everything here that you need to make your stay extra special. Included you will find 8 high-quality beach chairs, beach umbrella, large cooler, and a large wagon to haul everything you need the short distance to the beach. We also include 4 bikes for your use for exploring Clearwater Beach. With the bikes, you will find helmets and locks for your use.
o Bonus Room - We just completed a large, 600 square foot bonus room on the first floor. There is a large sectional couch, dining room table for up to 6 people, refrigerator, bar area, and a 43" smart TV with Xbox One. Just 10 steps outside a large set of french doors you will find the pool and just steps further, you will find the intracoastal waterway.
o Half-bathroom - There's a half-bathroom on the first floor which makes it very convenient if you are at the pool.

Second floor:
o Kitchen - The updated kitchen has exotic Macassar Ebony wood cabinets, premium stainless steel appliances and raised breakfast bar overlooking the main living area and rear balcony.
o Great Room – Large wi-fi enabled flat screen TV, kitchen table big enough for 6 people, and an extremely large couch that will seat everyone
o Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 full sized beds
o Patio – Through a large patio door, you will find a patio for enjoying the views of the pool and intracoastal. Often, you will see dolphins playing right in front of our home.

Third floor
o Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and queen sized bed
o Master Bedroom – Very large bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, and plenty of storage in the dressers. In addition, there is a very large master bath with dual vanities and two sinks, jacuzzi jetted tub and walk-in glassed shower with a double shower head and a separate room with the toilet.
o Private Laundry Room - Our laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer and includes laundry detergent and iron/ironing board.

4th Floor - Roof-top Terrace
The expansive and spacious rooftop terrace is lushly blanketed with top grade artificial grass that adds to the relaxed setting and panoramic views of the Gulf, the beaches and the island's cityscape. There is plenty of patio furniture on the roof to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset at the end of the day. There is a propane fire pit for those cool evenings and also an 11' umbrella to shield you on those warm summer days.

Amazing Amenities
• Townhouse Amenities – We have tried to think of everything you need during your stay and have included it in the townhouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, there are plenty of board games, luxurious beds and linens, and an amazing rooftop patio with plenty of seating.
• Pool – The pool is literally 10 steps outside the door of the townhouse with plenty of patio seating to soak in the Florida sun.
• Beach – The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and we have included beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, play toys, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach.
• Grill – There is a large private grill for your use just outside the door of the townhouse on the first floor.
• Bikes– Included with the home are 4 bikes for cruising up and down the beach.

Spectacular Location
Just outside your door you will find the intracoastal waterway with private docks to watch dolphins, manatees, or just relax. It is only a 5 minute walk to Clearwater Beach which was rated the top beach in the US in 2019. There are countless restaurants, shops, and attractions all within a short walk of the townhouse.
