4 minute flip flop walk to the sand! Beach Therapy! Starfish 2/2

We are happy to present this beautiful renovated nautical decor 2 bedroom 2 bath Casita. Starfish (back property next to pool) is ONLY a 4 minute flip flop walk to the #1 beach in the USA. Spacious bedrooms with a King and en-suite in the Master, 2 XL twins with a jack and jill bathroom in Guest bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper, all brand new mattresses. Enjoy your morning coffee or an adult beverage in its own brand new, semi-private heated plunge pool, (shared with Coral Reef when booked separately). with a sun shelf and sitting bench. Pool heater is set at 84 degrees from November 15th to April 15th, temperature is not guaranteed during cool weather. Pool may take a few days to recover to 84 degrees after cold nights.

The owner’s went over and beyond with the remodel of Starfish. New wall mounted TV's in each room. Fully stocked kitchen. With its own brand new, semi-private heated plunge pool, (shared with Coral Reef when booked separately) with a sun shelf and sitting bench. Starfish sleeps 6. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart provided with this property. Private assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Pet friendly - One dog ONLY - 25 pounds or less. Non refundable pet fee - $250.00. Host MUST approve pet PRIOR to booking.

*Please Note: Reservations that are 21 nights or longer will require an interim clean every 2 weeks at $150.00 per clean.

The lush, tropical landscaping is lit at night creating special effects and with private porches and outdoor seating are available for relaxing and dining El fresco. For guests convenience we have a private washer and dryer. Also a propane BBQ grill (shared with Coral Reef) for the griller in your group.

This property does NOT allow parties/celebrations of any nature; bachelorette, bachelor, wedding, birthday, etc.

NO boats, boat trailers or RV's allowed on property. Also, no glassware in or on the pool deck. We provide plasticware for the pool area.

*Starfish Casita, which can be combined with Coral Reef Casita to create Villa Dom Brisa, for larger groups. Rent one Casita or both.

*PLEASE NOTE: The pool and BBQ grill is shared between the two Casita's.

Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Guests shall not create noise [loud speaker] or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners/Guests. Creating a disturbance shall be grounds for immediate termination and Guests shall be required to immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 9:00 PM and pool area/ outdoor noise should always be kept to a minimum.

*Early check in's are not an option nor are late check outs. If a Guest checks in early or checks out late, a fee will be added.

Beautiful little get away

My fiancé and I wanted to take a quick 4 day trip and chose the Siesta Key area. I'm glad we did because it was beautiful, and to top it off this location was great. The property was nice, and peaceful. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. It was just a couple minutes walk to the beach area known as the point of rocks. Would definitely go back!

Lovely beach apartment on Crescent

The 2/2 is exactly as pictured. The property is lovely, updated, conveniently located and in a nice community of beach rentals. It’s cozy in the kitchen and in the bathrooms but the common area and bedrooms have nice space. The pool is very small but kept clean in a pretty well kept backyard/back porch area. You can be in the beach in no time. And there are lots of shops close by for all your needs. If you like to cook, like I do, bring your seasonings, & what you like to use as there is no condiments in stock. You’ll need sugar and creamer. They provide Keurig pods. You’ll also need shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & lotion. It’s not provided. For the beach, if you like comfort, you’ll need your own beach chairs & umbrella. They provide basic fold out picnic type chairs and a buggy to carry stuff. The property managers and cleaning crew are very nice, responsive and professional. It’s a very sweet place and you’ll really enjoy staying there. ⛱️☀️👙

Great Location and Property

The check-in process and reservation process was very simple and Jacklyn made it efficient, so there was no wasting time. Jacklyn was also very communicative, which was great! We had no questions because she sent us information for everything in advance. The location was great. 2 blocks away from Beach Access 13. The neighborhood was quiet. We would walk the dogs 3 times a day and if we wanted to go to the beach, it was easy, or of we wanted to get in the pool it was just as easy because of the proximity of the house to the beach. The house was a perfect size for us and both dogs. At one point my parents visited and the house was a perfect size for the 4 of us. The house was walking distance to many restaurants and definitely perfectly placed on the trolley route. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely rent here again. Thank you!
