Hermoso condominio de lujo renovado en el verano de 2018 para su familia que ofrece una verdadera experiencia de vacaciones. Disfruta de la hermosa decoración inspirada en la montaña / moderna / granja con un diseño de concepto abierto. Siéntese frente a la chimenea de shiplap con un cóctel al final de un día de esquí mientras contempla la nieve desde las grandes ventanas abiertas. Nuestro espacio es perfecto para sus reuniones familiares con mucho espacio para que los adultos se sienten y creen recuerdos, así como un área de juegos tipo loft con carpa de juegos y juguetes para los niños.

Los dos baños tienen duchas amplias y amplias, incluida una ducha de vapor ubicada en el baño principal.

Ski getaway for family

Property was very convenient to downtown and ski resort. Condo was clean and well stocked with what this family with 3 small kids needed.

Great location

We have stayed at many rentals in Breckenridge and this has been the best location by far. We loved that we could catch the bus right outside the door to any lift in the morning and ski all the way back to the condo in the afternoon. In the evenings it was a five minute walk to eat out or shop. The condo was just the right size for our group and was well appointed with all the basics we needed to cook meals in when desired. We definitely enjoyed the steam shower in the master bath and the community hot tub after long days on the slopes. We did not have any issues and definitely recommend this condo.

Great location and excellent experience

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host was a super responsive communicator. I generally don’t have to communicate with the host much but this time I had several questions and she always responded immediately.We had a full house but had plenty of room. The loft was great for our teens. There was toys and items for younger kids as well.We love the ski locker right outside the entrance so there was no need to bring our gear inside. There were sleds to borrow as well.We love the ski in and the bus stop is located right outside for a quick ride to a lift or to the gondola.Unit was stocked fairly well which is never expected but always appreciated. We ski yearly and this was probably one of my favorites. We will try to book here again next year!

Fall visit

This condo was the perfect place for all 9 of us that stayed for our guys trip. We were able to walk to everywhere on Main Street. Not only did the condo have everything you could ask for but the owner was willing to work with everything we asked and was quick to respond. Will be staying here again on our next visit

Perfect!

This was perfect for us! We loved the proximity to Breck's main street. The condo was clean and cozy and comfortable. I (and my kids) loved that there are so many beds. The host was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Christmas Vacation

Sawmill creek ski-in condo

Good location easy to walk to town, easy to shuttle to various lifts and GREAT ski back home! In general, well appointed kitchen, lots of bath towels, leftover seasonings, etc.

The location of this property was perfect! It was great to end the day with skiing right up to the property. The shuttle bus to the ski resort is right out the building. The owner responded quickly by email when we had a couple questions.

Family vacation

We are always out here for skiing and wanted to try something new. This condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Very close to trail heads, gondola, and Main Street. The space was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We will definitely be looking to rent again this winter!

Spring Break 2023

Great time was had by all at this property. Tawny (owner of property) was prompt in replying to all of our questions. The condo was close to all the shops/restaurants. The location of the property made it convenient to park and walk to everything. Being able to ski down Peak 8 right into the property was also a huge plus. Would highly recommend this property/location.

Perfect location

Loved the condo- renovations look great!! The location is really incredible- easy walk to restaurants, and skiing is super accessible. Wish I understood the overflow parking situation a bit better prior to arrival, would not have changed me picking this condo but It would have been much more helpful to know that the overflow lot is not part of the condo, it’s a pay city lot, about a 10 min drive away from the condo. Overall, the bedroom setup & the location were just perfect for our group.

A great spot in Breckenridge

We had a terrific holiday week in Breckenridge. The condo was in an amazing location with easy ski-in option. The living area was comfortable for our family of 5 to hang out after skiing, watch a movie and chill. There is a lovely dining room table that we did not use to eat, but completed an awesome puzzle that we found in the living. There are lots of puzzles and games included! The kitchen was well stocked and we ate breakfast before we left for the day. The 2 full baths were updated and nice, could have used a ½ bath - there were times when for 5 people the 2 bathrooms were not enough. The place is on the 3rd floor but the elevator operated fine. The condo could use better updated lighting. The TV in the master was not operational. The carpet is pulling up in the living room and looks like it could be replaced. We really enjoyed our time and recommend this spot!

Great location to Main Street and Gondola to Peak 8

Enjoyed the unit and location to town. Was disappointed with lack of wash cloths(only one in Master bath. Kitchen sink had slow drip which should be looked at. Other then that, the unit was a great fit for our family visit

AWESOME!

We loved our stay here. We had 6 adults and fit very comfortably. The location was EXCELLENT and everything about the property was awesome. If we come back to Breckenridge we will look to stay here again!

Cozy and welcoming!

Condo was welcoming and just as pictured. Pleasant surprises such as dishwasher soap, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper provided. These things can add up quickly and you never use all that you have to buy. Great communication from owner. I felt like the bedding was truly clean. Beds were only average, but serviceable. Nice towels, loved the fireplace and comfortable living room with lots of seating. Only downfall would be the very slow elevator. Condo is on the 3rd floor. Nice to have the elevator, but it’s very slow and could be a problem in peak season. Guess that’s why there’s stairs!

Just as advertised. Very nice.

Key pad lock on the front door needs to be adjusted. Very difficult to get it to lock from the outside. Seems to be an alignment problem with the deadbolt. Maintenance issue which did not take away from the great experience.

Both Tawny and Nick grew up in Colorado and love everything that the state has to offer including the great vibe, friendliness and outdoor lifestyle of Breckenridge! They have 3 children whom enjoy family time with them in Breckenridge hiking, biking, skiing and enjoying the magic of the mountains!

Breckenridge has so much to offer year round! The ski mountain is amazing, but it doesn't stop there. The town offers great food and shopping. There are all kinds of outdoor activities such as sledding, skiing, great restaurants and shopping, hiking, fly-fishing in the Blue River, mountain biking, boating on Lake Dillon, white water rafting, and more.

The location in the town of Breckenridge is what makes this condo so special. It's a ski-in condo, at the end of the 4 o'clock ski run. It's located only two blocks away from the heart of main street. The blue river is 1 block away. The free town shuttle has a stop in both directions right in front of the building. Park your car and leave it the whole time you stay because you won't need to drive.
