Registration Number #6133; Recently built, 850 square foot stylish condominium with an open plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom located in downtown Estes Park. Great place for your family vacation! Located just steps away from the Rocky Mountain National Park, the place provides a perfect combination of hiking and biking coupled with a magical town that offers shopping, restaurants, brewery and art galleries.

Relax and enjoy a marvelous mountain view from the spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The kitchen is well equipped with granite tiled counters and all new appliances. The luxury bathroom is modernly equipped with ceramic tile shower and a glass sink. In addition to the 1 bedroom there is a full-size sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 people.

The condo can serve guests year-round. Summers in this area have been popular with tourists interested in hiking, mountain biking, rafting or horseback riding in the RMNP or simply shopping. Fall attracts visitors who come to area for the Scottish Festival or to view the beautiful changing of the aspen tree leaves. Winter offers cross-country skiing, ice-rock climbing or snowshoeing in the back country. Many art fairs as well as 4th of July fireworks party made the town a favorite destination for any season of the year.

My wife and I stayed in this condo. We were super thrilled and happy with this place to stay. Everything was readily available and ready for us. Staying on the main drag was a huge benefit! Food/Shops/Entertainment/Coffee are literally steps from here. Look to stay here again in the future. Many views from the window watching over main street to include mountains in the distance, elk passing by through town and people watching.

Perfect base camp for climbing days

Nice to head out climbing and then come back to a quiet condo for rest and recuperation. And right above a boba shop and candy shop too. Easy communication with host.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and the location was fantastic. The only days we had to drive were when we went golfing. We were a short walk to everywhere else. Highly recommend.

This place was wonderful! Clean and the location is awesome! So easy to walk to all the places and then so peaceful to just sit by the river and enjoy an Americano from Kind coffee! We will book again when visiting Estes Park.

A four star stay. Great location and parking was available across the street. Super close to all the Estes Park stores, restaurants, river walk and to RMNP. Just a few minor tweaks would have made it a five star stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and centrally located condo. We had everything we needed for a short get-away and enjoyed a couple of days of hiking in RMNP. We love being able to walk to the shops and restaurants in the afternoon/evening. Would definitely stay again!

Great little place but it's on the main drag so if you're looking for a quiet mountain get away this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a basecamp between adventures it's PERECT!
